Stayed in July 2014 with friends and our children 3 and 6 y.o. Food Ok - i personally liked better than in Egypt 4"". What they call a "sandy beach" is actually a place where you can't access water b/c huge and sharp stones. You need to walk about 3 mins from the hotel along the seashore to get to... More

Really sorry to be a bummer here, but I guess we had higher expectations for this place. There was no view from our room... only the sewer stench. The food was okay, staff was friendly and property is located on Sun Beach in Malia- towards the eastern edge. The animation team is terribly annoying and loud, I'm no fan of... More

Good hotel, more suitable for young people. The hotel is nice and have the main facilities. The beach is just a few minutes away. The best thing is the animation team, really friendly and easy-going. they try really hard to entertain you and to make your holidays special.

Well, this is a really good hotel, not expensive, for students and young people, like me) of course i want to tell about hotel's animation team. Crazy guys and girls work here and you will not sit in your room, you will enjoy your vacation and cool spend time with them! And never boring! I love them =) They know... More

If you want to explore the Island but you limited by your small kid - this hotel is for you. Nce beach nearby (5 min to the left along beachside) excellent food for 3+ star hotel and fair room with balcony. Rent a car and explore the island with family in between!

Actually not bad hotel, but it doesnt worth 4stars, on the web it is only 3. Room service might clean your room while you are inside, unless you tell them do it later. Staff is friendly, except one tall guy, who tried food directly from the common dishes, without using any plate. As we knew later that guy was the... More

First off I must point out that we hadn't booked to stay at this hotel, as with all the other groups of young people we had been turned away from the hotel we were originally booked to stay at, Meropi Hotel. We were a group of 5 18 year old British females looking for a lively holiday. Unfortunately Malia Bay... More

Me and my 4 friends (male aged 21) stayed here in August 2010. We felt it was good for our purpose of having the all inclusive drinks but not the best hotel ever. The rooms were very clean and cleaned daily. The staff were generally very helpful and the pool bar staff were very friendly. However the food was terrible.... More

we are a young couple and we went to malia bay through TUI with "all inclusive" formula. The hotel is not bad but it doesn't absolutly respect a 4 stars hotel standards. The food was awful (long wait in queue sometime to have the food), the staff was quite rude, the room are unconfortable and all inclusive doesn't conprise cocktails... More

The hotel was clean, welcoming and well managed,. The staff were without exception very friendly and helpful. The food was very good for all inclusive but I would have liked the choice of going half board and used the tavernas a bit more. The guy at Malia cars just down the road was cheap and very helpful with advice for... More
