Lu Ellen appartments is the worst appartment ever...nuttin ever worked in our appartment, the lock was dodgy, hardly no kitchen faclities, we had to pay for our A/C. it was such a rip off as it kept switching on and off.we stayed for a week and our bed sheets were never changed..the cleaner kame 3 times jus to empty the... more
