My husband & I stayed here last week and were very happy with our choice. Very clean, great accommodations, beautifully decorated & gorgeous views. I have respiratory issues but had no problem going up 3 short flights to top for Riva suite. Other rooms are one floor down I believe. Would highly recommend. You will not be disappointed. Okay we weren't certain if we should stay in Annecy itself or not and were so glad we chose to stay here. “luxury guest house”

Prices are high when you add delicious breakfast,but really worth it.The room we used was spotless,spacious,extremely well decorated,with attention to detail.Being over 60, I always enjoy comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms.The view over the lake is outstanding.We will return.Congratulations to the owner who clearly loves the job!

“Amazing... Luxury in a beautiful location.”

The location of this guest house is fantastic. We stayed in the vintage room which is decorated and designed beautifully, from waking up with panoramic views of the lake, to showering with a view of the sunset out of a well placed window. Defiantly recommend this place, and will be returning.

This guest house is about 5-10 minutes drive out of the main part of Annecy which was perfect as it was quiet and the view of the lake was just breathtaking.
