Spent two nights in Flaine's Terrasses de Veret and found it to be very pleasant. It's perfect for a weekend getaway due to its great positioning at a left-armed stones throw from the slopes and the grandes vans chairlift, and with local amenities just around the corner. For the price, you don't expect the jacuzzi nor sauna/pool facilities, and it... More

Don't expect the ritz... but that said as five mountain hungry snowboarders we found our duplex apartment more than adequate for a weeks self catering... Here's the advantages.. It's close to the main lift the grand vans it's also close to the fenicular link to flaine forum for the well stocked sherpa supermarket and shops.. It also has an allocated... More

Start with the positives! Good location. Would not go back again! First impressions of the apartment - dirty, ill maintained and not what I expected. Have always stayed in the P and V apartments in Foret before but needed a 3 bed roomed apartment this time. P and V have so much more atmosphere and attractiveness - yes the last couple... More

I arrived with my family on Saturday 9 th January at about 2pm. Knowing we would not be able to check into our room before 4pm I checked with crystal ski several days earlier there would be a safe room for us to leave out luggage so we could spend the afternoon skiing. On arrival after waiting 35 minutes at... More

We booked the two-room apartment for a group of five friends: two of them slept in a double bed in the separate room, three in the sofa-beds in the living room / kitchen. Upon arrival, we were allowed to already park in the parking although we hadn't checked in yet, and the English-speaking staff was friendly and helpful throughout the... More

Well, where do I start. This is by far the worst holiday accommodation I have ever had the experience of staying in. Paid an extortionate amount to stay during the first week of April. We arrived, reception was closed for another 2 hrs, where we had to stand and wait with 2 children who had been travelling for hours amongst... More

This place is poorly designed for people, let alone skiers, and the operations policies are not conducive to a relaxing or easy holiday. On arrival there was no reception, no linen and dirty crockery, and a ridiculous light bulb jutting out of a shaky fitting at exactly head height on the stairs. The apartment had totally inadequate store and space... More

We booked a three bed apartment with cabin - it slept 10 I think but we were just 5. It was obviously spacious! That said the wardrobe space was badly thought out with hardly any shelving and no hooks. When will they ever learn that you need lots of hooks and shelving in a ski apartment. Being seasoned travellers with... More

We had booked a trip to stay for 7 nights, but once we arrived realised how uncomfortable our stay would be and quickly changed our tickets to stay 4 nights. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, the apartment had the bare minimal of everything, we even had to ask for sheets and towels, and it didn't even feel clean at all.... More
