We booked the entire hotel-restaurant for our wedding in septembre 2014 and the collaboration with owners was horeful. They are liers who want to do business without taking into account customer satisfaction !!! They said all we wanted to ear and never did what they said. They didn't do what they said. All rooms were booked and 110 persons were... More

Beautiful property in a very quiet surrounding. We have arrived for check in without any welcoming, went to the room straight without any explanation. Room is ok, not exceptional but correct. Bathroom needs a serious deep cleaning, rust everywhere even on the hand shower. Water pressure extremelly poor, no water protection in the bathtube so the water is splashing everywhere... More

This hotel results from beautifully restored farm buildings on which a ,lot of money was spent. A nice swimming pool, beautifully decorated rooms and good food in the dining room, but it gives the feeling of running down and finding it difficult. The owner is around but not involved so the level of service at the Reception Desk was non-existent.... More

In town for a wedding at another venue, I stayed here for two nights with a friend. Rarely in my life have I experienced such a low standard in ANY hotel or hostel, but the few times I have it was because I was paying something like 30 dollars a night (think developing counries or run-down youth hostels). I paid... More

When we left the states, I had a minor infection in my hand and was taking antibiotics to combat the spread of the bacteria. We stayed one night and found the room to be adequate. What I want to stress is the exceptional service we received from Dominique at the front desk. When we checked out, my wife told Dominique... More

I stayed here a couple nights as part of an organized tour, so I have no idea how much the room or the one meal there cost. However, the bottle of wine we had was extremely expensive! The location is idyllic, the property was nicely maintained, the outdoor seating for breakfast is wonderful, breakfast buffet is good but when food... More

For the price, this room was a big disappointment. Everything worked ok, but wow it needs refurbishment in a big way. The bed was lumpy and the coverings looked like they hadn't been updated in years. And the carpet was old and creepy; I couldn't bring myself to go barefoot, The food wasn't bad, particularly the breakfast pastries. Otherwise, not... More

First impressions wonderful. Idyllic approach to a pleasant looking hotel and a most efficient concierge/receptionist, who also turned out to be the porter, maitre D and sommelier. Room also looked lovely. Large four poster and a view over the pool/courtyard. On moving in, however, we discovered that only one plug point worked, the shower had no curtain at all (in... More

Wrong type of room, wrong dates in their system (luckily we had a printed email confirmation or we would have had to find something else like our friends). Tried to charde us for meals we did not have. Wifi does not work in most rooms. 3 days to clean some pants (promised back overnight...). The saving grace? A decent restaurant... More

Hi, I booked this hotel with booking.com on May 29th. A day later I found a better deal near Menerbes and cancelled my reservation on May 30th for a stay in July. Despite the timely cancellation, they charged my credit card and as of today (mid August), I still did not get my money back. I called a few times... More
