This hotel is situated opposite a beautiful, large beach. Parking is off road, on the other side of the road, but public, so first come, first served. The foyer and communal lounge was lovely and spacious and there was an outside terrace overlooking the sea. The room we had was comfortable and had a lovely view, but was a little... More

Had a lovely few days here in August 2014. The hotel's unique design and decor is really special and tastefully done. The room was very comfortable, though the footfall of other guests was a little noisy. The whole place is incredibly relaxing and staff very helpful. The food was fantastic, couldn't fault it, especially the seafood. The location couldn't have... More

This charming hotel is decorated in a classy beachy decor -pastels, stripes, shells, lots of white. Wonderful service. Great eating - many varieties of seafood. Comfortable indoor sitting area. Front deck, directly across from beach. No lift, so beware of top floor rooms if you have heavy luggage. Young female staff hauled mine up to the 3rd floor for me.... More

One night and dinner. Great location (our room no 106 is the best by miles - front balcony overlooking beach which is across road, bit small but more than adequate for two), tastefully and recently decorated in contemporary colours which fit the nautical location, altogether a real find. Not much nearby but that didn't worry us. Car parking is out... More

This hotel could also be lacated in either Scandinavia or Long Island New York, as it is really cosy with scandinavian/new american interior in white. Great breakfast and restaurant and very kind staff. The beach is just in front of the hotel and if wheather is bad or water is low, you can always enjoy the nice pool area. A... More

We have stayed at 2 Logis d'Exception in France and were so looking forward to staying at Hotel des Isles. A friendly welcome greeted us, and the hotel was across the road from the lovely beach But room 302 on the top floor was very small and disappointing as you had to skirt around the bed sideways a rather tricky... Just back from a three night stay at this lovely hotel. Very friendly welcome and charming and helpful staff throughout our stay. The room had a spacious balcony, in fact a long balcony serving about 6 rooms, overlooking the sea. The room was airy and light and the bathroom neat and big enough! The food was such good value. We... More

We found respite here after 2 weeks of tent camping. The service was superb from all areas of staff and the location is great- on the beach! Our room was nice, but needed a lick of paint (but who cares when you are watching the sunset over the beach/ocean. Bathroom was v nice. Food was good and they have a... More

Comfortable without being luxurious, our room overlooked the ocean. The hotel's dinner buffet was a lavish display of fish and seafood, and the breakfast buffet was more than adequate. All the public rooms are inviting, and the staff was welcoming.
