Yet another fantastic visit to Laure Minervois. Iola is just such an amazing host and has become a great friend. The accomodation in the gites cannot be bettered and the pool and views are as lovely as ever.looking forward to returning again next year more

Domaine de Palatz is a little jewel in the French countryside. Iola has decorated the house to a high standard, including lots of creature comforts and tasteful personal touches. Depressed by the continual rain at home, we booked a late week away at Domaine de Palatz after seeing the website and calling direct. What a fabulously lucky find.
