We have made it an annual tradition to spend a few days at Le Beguinage at some point during our motorcycle rides in Europe. The Cottage is ideal for two couples, wonderfully rustic, private en suite bedrooms, and a fantastic shared kitchen/dining area with full kitchen amenities, and a washer and dryer for clothing! The proprietors are a lovely couple,... More

We have returned again from our favourite French retreat... Our second home ! As always thank you Patricia and Brice for making us so very welcome as always, The Beguinage as always was so relaxing, so very well presented with all the work you have been doing, spotlessly clean and immaculate throughout, gardens looked incredible this time of year the... We are an american couple with many years experience traveling in Europe. We picked this B&B for its central location for chateau visits and rustic garden appearance. It was a winner, clean with large period rooms , modern bathrooms and a lovely garden area to picnic in. It was an easy walk into town and a good restaurant. Patricia and Brice... More

We are two couples from the United States that traveled in France In May 2014. We stayed in the 2 bedroom house. It was perfect for us. The grounds are so amazingly beautiful and Patricia and Brice are extremely helpful and friendly. We were easy walking distance from restaurants, a small grocery store and ,most importantly, a great bakery. We... More

Me and my daughter had a wonderful 3 nights stay at Le Beguinage in all aspects. We definitely love that. Le Beguinage is much more beautiful that the photos can show. The only thing we did not like was that our room had only bathtub and no shower (but this is not a fault, just the owners choice). We would... More

We have just returned from another fabulous visit - actually our 10th year visiting - what has become our second wonderful home with Patricia and Brice our dear friends, the very special owners of Le Beguinage. Our welcome as usual was so warm and homely, bedrooms and part of the main building have been beautifully re decorated, with amazing French... More

This was a most delightful stay. We made our base for the chateaux at Chambord, Blois, Chenonceau, Cheverny, Amboise and Chaumont, and the village of Montrichard. And we drove past others which we would love to have visited if we only had had the time. Our hosts are friendly but not obtrusive, and the room with en suite was spacious,... More

We spent three nights in this B&B, probably the best of our entire trip to France. The room is big and the B&B has a huge park, it's really relaxing. you can enjoy breakfast outside in the garden with a variety of homemade cakes, jams plus the normal croissant and bread almost all B&B serves in France. Normal but very... More

My wife & I stayed for three nights on the way back home from further south in France, and wished we could have stayed longer. Patricia (we never got to meet her husband) is absolutely charming, she made us really welcome, couldn't have been more helpful in suggesting places to visit and to eat, and served us some delicious home...
