This was a fairly modern hotel, with no major issues, but I couldn't honestly describe it as "very good", so 3 out of 5 was the maximum I could give this hotel. As you can see from my photos, the bedroom was very clean, smart and modern, but the bathroom was only a wet room, with no bath. Apart from... More

We (Grandparents and 9 y/o G/son) stayed here on our way to and from Chamonix. The hotel is convenient, well appointed and spotlessly clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable, but there were some minus points; the en-suite toilet, which was separate from the bathroom, was very cramped. We are of average size, but getting in and closing the door... More

Stayed here one night while on the way home from holiday and enjoyed the airco in the room a lot. As it was a hot day, this was enjoyable. A very spacious family room, with a decent bathroom. The restaurant served classy, good food, the only remark was that it got very hot inside, due to the heatwave outside. Even... More

This hotel would be better described as a "motel" sitting as it does on a main road with parking at the front. It is certainly convenient for walking into Nuits St George but there is something "seedy" about it I just can't put my finger on. The room was quite stark with a very small bathroom that seemed to occupy... More

We always stay at this hotel on our way back from Switzerland to the UK. The staff are always friendly, room recently have been upgraded and they are very dog friendly. There is a bar area where you can enjoy the odd drink or two after the journey and we have then always eaten in the L'Alambic Restaurant . However... More

This hotel is next door to the Ibis and was pleasant place to stay. Although not cheap we found it to be a comfortable place to stay. The room was clean and spacious, as was the en suite. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast next day was enjoyable. The only real downside was that the air conditioning was... More

This is a great place to stay, so close to the Autoroute. Staff are really friendly, rooms spotless and our dog is welcomed with open arms! The restaurant is really great after a long journey - great wines and the Beef Bourgignone is not to be missed!

I am not sure if our expectations of service, quality and value for money accords with other reviewers or indeed the French population but €121 (inc tourist tax) for B&B (room €98 online) is more than a fair price when compared to German quality family hotels. However, this hotel - which was carefully (by ratings) chosen having had an appalling... More

We checked in at the end of the day on a Monday. We were referred by a local real estate office. The hotel staff was nice, accommodated us and the room was good - nothing exceptional, but we slept very well. It was slow season and they gave us a mid-line rate - they could have done better price/value wise... More

Friendly reception with good English, our good sized room was to the rear in a very quiet position and since our last visit a free-standing Air Con had been added and the bathroom had a complete stylish makeover-very impressed. Good safe car parking. Decent continental breakfast with breads/cheeses/hams/yogurts/cereals and good coffee but the hot choice of sausage/scrambled egg did not... More
