This is a place that's great to visit if you are from the city. However, I hugely discourage people with kids below 2 to stay there. We took a family room on the fifth floor with 2 king sized beds and 1 single bed. My younger boy (one and a half years old) developed a fever the moment he entered... More

Stayed here for 1 night in December.as the hotel was fully booked, we only managed to book the older rooms near the main entrance, which turned out to be a blessing as the newer rooms are quite a distance away. The rooms were old but very clean, no complaints. 1 night is more than enough to explore this farm. My... More

Stayed for 2 nites in 4pax and 5 pax rooms in cottage like 5-storey resort. Rooms were nice, spacious and cosy. There are some activities for the family n children. Beautiful nature scenery. Free Wifi available.

My 2nd stay. Same good feeling and experience. simple and clean room with simple breakfast provided. There are complimentary vouchers to exchange for fresh milk produced by the farm and a DIY activity at night. In addition, there are other DIY activities (e.g. ice cream, cupcake making) at a fee. My children enjoyed feeding the calf, ducklings, goats and rabbits... More

Stayed there for 3D2N and had pretty much a taste of everything. There are animals to see, feed and milk, there are activities suitable for families or more specifically kids, there are grassy slopes for kids simply to run or roll, there are restaurants selling fresh but very reasonably priced food, etc. Well, don't expect very well decorated rooms but... There are loads of DIY. We got to make creme brule inside the hotel booking package and a free bottle of milk. The over raved milk hot pot was okay. The only fun thing was the pudding or jelly dessert served in a balloon. You have to poke the balloon to burst it before eating. We bought loads of it... More

It is a great place to experience farm stay. We tried feeding the goat, milking and feeding the cow, feeding and playing with the ducks, looking at rabbits and just relaxed and enjoyed the large expanse of green field. The stay come with vouchers for complimentary breakfast, free bottles of milk (one for each guest) and a DIY activities where... More

Stayed at Field Inn; opened room door to strong stench of sewage esp. the bathroom, like the room has not been aired for a while, with a housefly buzzing around. Yes, rooms are too close together and kept hearing loud pounding vibrations from next door, possibly kids running. Only worth going if you have got kids. But with so many... More

we had scheduled in to this attraction during our trip to taichong. the journey is about 1 and a half hours with not too difficult road handling. It is a good place for the children to experience farm life and a close experience with animals like goats, cow, ducking, rabbits....etc. the farm is located away from township and some hilly... I was sceptical when I booked to stay a few days at the farmstay, but by the second day of stay I came to appreciate it. First of all from what I see, travellers are not the main focus of the hotel. Animals are. It shows: The compound is huge and traveller facilities only take up a relatively small part... More
