For many years we've been staying here like twice a year and we're always looking forward to it. The staff are so friendly and accommodating to all our needs. The room which we've always booked was made available for us. It was spacious with matrimonial bed and a flat screen TV. It's so neat. I know some people think it... More

I stayed here last month with my two friends. We got a room on the 5th floor with a fantastic ocean view. The hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. They were quick to respond to all our requests. The room is quite big but the beds are a bit small and so is the toilet. But it's generally clean, and... More

Every time I visit in Dumaguete, I prefer to stay this place, no smells and the towels are all white. But sometimes the hot shower doesn't work well. The food in the restaurant are pretty good. Near to shopping area.

The only positive thing about this hotel: Location. It has the best Boulevard and sea view in town! All the rest are a letdown. The moment I stepped inside the room, I immediately got sick! Got fever, Diarrhea, and body malaise. I don't know why... I'm not much of a Supertitious person, but I really think bad energies exist inside... More

This is one of the best places to stay in, whenever you're in Dumaguete. Rooms are clean. (hospital vibe though) and cheap, service is good (they forgot to pick me up in the airport, good thing it was free) and the staff are friendly and always smiling.

I would consider this a 3 star hotel but the service is excellent. The rooms are very clean and staff are courteous. This I would say is a great hotel for the value of what I paid and its location is excellent. Its proximity to Rizal Boulevard is great for those who like going for an early morning or afternoon... Why? Coz (1) It's located along Rizal Blvd and a walking distance to pretty much all food establishments in the city and (2) It's not your 5-star hotel type but I can assure you a clean and comfortable worth it experience. We stayed there back in July 2014 where we got a room for P1200/night. The prices were up during... More

Bethel Guest House is beginning to show its age but it is still clean and comfortable... and the service is still friendly and efficient. I would say that it is good value for money and its location is excellent. Its proximity to Rizal Boulevard is great for those who like going for an early morning or afternoon stroll - or... More

We had to stay a 2 night extra in dumaguete due to typhoon in the area. I asked the Coast Guard Officer which is good place to stay and she recommended Bethel. It was cheap 35$ / night and it was worth money. Located in the beach Avenue it was a good spot.

If you are looking for a clean hotel right in the middle of Dumaguete in a great location, Bethel might be what you are looking for. Reasonably priced and close to restaurants and the town centre. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and a lot of rooms look right out over Rizal Blvd. Definitely worth considering if you are staying... More
