This is a lovely old hotel right opposite the boulevard Recommend you go for the balcony sea front the matrimonial room is small but the room with two king singles is much larger not ideal if you want to sleep together but tripping over your luggage in a small room is also not ideal. Pros Great location Very friendly and... More

This place is right smack in the. Idle of the heart of Dumaguete. Right in front of the picturesque boulevard, and a stone's throw away from dumaguete's well know resto Sansrival. I love the way this place reminds me of a log cabin with a touch of old world feel. Rustic, quaint, and very romantic. Stayed here with my family... More

We had a couple of nights here with friends after staying in Siquijor. We took the rooms out the front looking across the water which was worth the extra as it was nice to sit out on the albeit small, balcony in the evenings for sundowners and watch the place come to life. It's well positioned being close to town... More

Location is fantastic. You wont miss ferry trips because near the dumaguete port. The restaurants and bars are very close (catalina street). Room. Too small. Hallways are very hot. Airconditioning takes time to cool room. You have to leave key to to make to keep aircon running to cool place and just ask housekeeping to open the door when you... More

Noise everywhere...there is basically no sound insulation. You can hear the street noise obviously, and it's loud with all the traffic going on, but the worse is certainly the terrible karaoke next-door.. man these people should find another thing to do, they are so bad ! Room is decent, bathroom is borderline acceptable and service is subpar... arriving from coco... More

This hotel is Centrally located in Dumaguete. It is near restaurants (walking distance to the House of Sans Rival) Some said that it was too noisy here. Honestly i didnt hear any noise and our room was just beside the road. The rooms are of a comfortable size. The beds were comfortable. The room we got did not have breakfast... More

We planned a 3 night stay at this hotel, but left after just one night. The location is good, architecture is nice, but the noise.. We spent much of this one night listening to the very untalented singers at the karaoke bar near to the hotel. Having a one year old child to care for, we moved to a more... More

I booked an Executive room facing the ocean thinking that it's really executive :) What a mistake! It overlooks a very busy and very noisy street full of tri-cycles (the only trasport in the city). Curtains had smudges of black in them. A wooden and very small room. I cancelled the same day and left!

Location is great! The hotel is right in front of the sea 'with its beautiful sunrise'. Other than this, the hotel is terrible. 1. Small room. Little space to move about. No table even for your lap top. 2. Small bathroom. Always wet, because there is very little 'covering' between shower room and the other part of the bathroom. 3.... More
