The Renaissance is a nice hotel, one of the better ones when visiting Atyrau. Staff are pleasant and attentive. Breakfasts are good with plenty of variety. Stayed threee nights, nice rooms, very comfy bed, did nottry out the gym & pool but it looked nice. For free wireless you have to sit in the lobby area, which was freezing...
