Hotel is very Nice .. and I must say True value for Money in Haridwar . we have stayed there for 6 Days and it was Really Nice to Be at Grand Basant .,. Nice Cusine ,Spacious Rooms and Swimming Pool makes our trip Relax and Calm ..

the hotel surely looks grand,but once you check in everything becomes very small.service is pathethic,though rooms are big,but aircon dosent work properly,water dripping all night and even after repeated complaints nothing was done.i could not even lock my room as the door lock was malfunctioning and though they had vacant rooms,my room was not changed.well for the price you pay,this... the hotel is on the highway... A little away from the hustle and traffic of the city The rooms are well furnished and can be compared to any 5 star hotels... The room service is commendable And the food in the restaurant is one of the tastiest u will find... Had a great time
