Considering that this is not Shanghai city and hence also has very reasonable room rates, you have to apply different standards, and so I consider the value quite high. Not everything is perfect, but the rooms are clean, large, and comfortable. Service is friendly, but not always in a rush. Food is not great, but there are other options close... More

Very nice hotel, very confortable and mordern rooms, nice restaurant. The spa is ok, massages are a little expensive. there is a big mall very close you can reach it by walk and also the night club 118 which is great. The price of the night is very competitive !

So my first travel to China and I am a pure vegetarian - so one can only imagine how the butterfles in my stomach were turning into dragons as my flight was nearing Shanghai. I had gone there for a business trip and heard / read a lot about how its a hell for vegetarians. To make matters worse, its... More

For a highly rated hotel it was a disappointment. Entered the room and it was 27 degree. Partly because you need a card to power the lights and air conditioning. This would be fine, but the system is so weak it can't cool the room at a fast enough rate. The temperature dropped to 24 by the time I went... More

In my opinion one of the best hotels in town, but: - a bit far away from city center - not the latest standard of Four Points in the rooms Thís hotel has had an excellent check-in, a wonderful and lovely lobby area with with bamboo arrangements and interesting devor. I loved the attached tea house for drinking and learning... More

I have stayed at this hotel many, many times since it opened. Most recently last month, 1/2013. I'm not sure if they have new management or new directives, but this last stay was Fantastic! Check-In: Use to have to fight to get up to front desk counter. They have now placed stanchions and ropes, as to not allow space for... More

Well set out hotel, friendly staff with good English skills. Unusually for Chinese hotel, has a lobby bar where you can get drinks, instead of having to sit in the restaurant. Great choice of breakfast. Corridors nicely carpeted so minimal noise from outside the room.

This hotel is a wonderful oasis of western comfort in a sea of eastern culture shock. I spent many of nights here relaxing and rejuvinating during a recent business trip. I was a bit caught off guard when they asked me to put a deposit down on the hotel when I checked in but this I found is normal in... More

I was there just for a one-night stay due to a business engagement in the area. The hotel is new, the environment is good, the rooms comfortable and the gym is well equipped. I will be back there later in the year and look forward to staying there again. I only have 3 complaints: 1) the Indonesian fried rice was... More
