We loved the beatiful house, the amazing beach, the smiles and dance moves of Haji, Salum, the fantastic hospitality from Christine, the delicious dishes from chef Eddy and everything else Che Che Vule has to offer!

We finished out our safari vacation with 5 days at Che Che Vule. Our stay was wonderful and relaxing. A beautiful house with a wonderful staff. Haji and Jamul took care of our every need. The two chef's cooked the best meals that we had during our trip with many wonderful dishes using the fresh, local fish. We were a... More

Our one night at Matamwe was booked by Dashir Lodge without any knowledge of our accommodation. Described by Dashir as a special day with butler and private chef. Getting to the resort was a bit bumpy and off road but expected in Tanzania. Once inside the property gate we felt like we were in another world. The lodge is beautiful... More

Wow! We were welcomed by all the staff and it felt like Salum had been waiting for us for a long time. With a smile on his face he was so eager to serve us and make us feel like home. We had the house for ourselves and could choose to stay in any room we wanted. Without a doubt... More

We stayed with our family five days at Che Che Vule in mid of October and this was the perfect place after our safari. We were totally stunned by this place and at arrival we were all smiling and happy as we did know that we were going to expect a perfect time. The villa is surrounded by nice flowers... More

As a Zanzibar resident with a friend visiting from the UK for his Birthday I wanted somewhere secluded and private with the appropriate 'Wow' factor for the first couple of days. As a treat I decided to take the whole villa, which sleeps fifteen, I think. With its amazing, lush gardens, beautiful 'natural' pool and jetty overlooking the beautiful beach... More

We were 2 families staying in Che Che Vule, and had very nice experience in general. A lot of the good sides of the visit were already mentioned in previous reviews, and we can agree with many of them. However, we stayed there for 10 days, and it was maybe a bit long time for the staff to put up... More

Che Che Vule is just a oasis on Zansibar Island. After the tough life on safari (early wake up) everything is just easy there. Communicate when you want to eat and what you want to eat. The staff will make everything possible. Ideal for a group of people knowing each other well. Thank you very much for a marvellous 5... More

CheCheVule is a little piece of paradise on an already gorgeous island. The villa itself is stunning - luxurious, spacious, perfectly appointed - in a setting that could not be more perfect. The staff - Haji, Salum, Carola, Eddie et al - were more than attentive to our needs and went above and beyond the call of duty. They were... More
