The hotel was beautiful situated at the beach in the north of Zanzibar. Big rooms with big beds, but our room smelled damp. The breakfast was great! We were disappointed about the service, especially in the reception desk.

The staff are very smiley but ineffective. Steven the manager has his work cut out here. Took us some time to get all the problems resolved. Upgraded rooms worse than originally booked and cheaper!!!
