This is exactly the place we wanted to find. The hotel is situated 2 meters from the sea. The beach is on the hotel side, with free umbrellas and seats. Many rooms with sea view, clean, new furniture, air, medium prices at the restaurant. You can reach Platamonas by foot in 20-25 min where you can find lots of restaurants... More

We just came back from a beautiful holiday in Greece. We booked for a luxury double room and when we arrived the room was not available so they gave us a junior suite instead for one night at the same price and the next day we changed the room to a luxury double room. The rooms looks much better than in the... Photos from the site are not from the family room we have got, not even close to. We did not see other rooms, but judging from the exterior, all of them are very much worn out. non-functioning shower, scotch fixed hairdryer still not working, old small 14'' CRT TV (on the photo - large LCD), very small double size bed,... We had really big, beautiful specious apartment, with two balconies with the sea view! The sea was at arm's length!! The beach was nice, quiet and absolutely empty! Only we and the sea. But service could be better. Not everybody from the staff hotel were nice and professional. Sometimes they have been unpleasant. It was't nice. Breakfast was poor (for... More

We were traveling between Thessaloniki and Athens and stayed for one night on New Years day. I would have loved to have stayed longer. I've never felt more welcomed in a hotel. Check in was the best I've ever experienced, the room was spacious and clean, and breakfast was excellent. The waitress kept bringing more dishes of food.

We spent one day at Kymata Hotel. Beneath the hill of the Platamon Castle, it offers a very beautiful and interesting scenery. The castle easily catches the eye on the motorway between Thessaloniki and Athens. There is a thick forest beneath it, a narrow road from the main one surrounds the forest and leads you to the hotel, right on... More

In Kymata hotel I stayed for 10days/9nights. Platamonas is lovely place. The service-- excellent. The food in the restaurant was tasty. The beach is deserted. And I want to say big thanks for my beautiful holidays and sand many kisses for Marya, Jannis and Vasiliki. Excuse me for my English, please.

We've booked at this hotel cause it had great reviews. All of them were true. Only pros for this one: 1. Very clean and well decorated rooms 2. Shower with water massage options, music and atmosphere lights 3. Located almost on a pebble beach which is very beautiful and clean. 4. Great breakfast (we had also the chance to see... More
