Our stay in Wanaka was enhanced by our choice of acco. While planning we debated whether to do Wanaka as a day trip from QT or stay there. Staying at Minaret Lodge is a reason to come to Wanaka. We really didn't expect that Minaret Lodge and the owners (including the loverly dog - we widh her a long life!) of the place are that nice - otherwise we for sure would have staid longer than one night.
