We came back again, the children were dying to get back to the Lodge since our visit last year. The Lodge was very clean & tidy. We had a fabulous fun week and explored a few more of the new biking tracks. The Outlet Track was brilliant and lots of fun and only 5 minutes bike from the Lodge. We... More

This place is really good value for money. The rooms are lovely and beds are comfortable. There's a huge sitting room with a wood fire, tv, dvds and books. The owners are really friendly. The lodge is close to the Clutha River so handy for bike rides and walks.

What a place!! So warm, clean and welcoming! Kids loved the big tv, wood burner, huge kitchen to do the dishes, dairy across the road for lollies, and fantastic bike riding trails as pointed out by Tania & Darryl (and Auntie Gendie). We will be back with bikes and Dad if we may. Thank you so much!

We were part of party of about 25 over 60s. We had excellent weather (warm & not too much wind) for a week in mid February. Tania & Darryl are great hosts - real Southern NZ people. The lodge is comfortable and the facilities were kept spotlessly clean and the kitchen is well equipped. It is a superb location with... More

Stayed here for a couple of nights while experiencing Queenstown. A great room with extremely clean facilities. We had a queen bed and a set of bunks in a room spacious enough for us and our 21yr old and lots of sports gear. This has easily the best kitchen, dining and lounge facilities of any comparably priced property we have... More

Due to the horrendous weather on the West Coast over the Xmas/New Years period - our travel plans changed due to the bridge being blown out by HariHari. We were travelling back to Wanaka (along with many others) to find accommodation for the night. We were lucky enough to secure the last tent available. There is everything you need and... More
