We stayed at Shangri-La on our honeymoon. The room we received was much smaller than expected, had no bath and plenty of damp bedding and condensation. The restaurants were excellent, as was the food. The beach, pools and grounds were all immaculately kept. Apart from the room we had an overall enjoyable experience.

The location is great. A kids place for sure. Our kids had s great time. They have closed a whole wing all the lagoon rooms. Apparently air conditioning is being fixed. Went on a girls week away - the perfect getaway. Staff were so friendly, accommodation clean and grounds well maintained. Spent 3 hours in Day Spa - to die for !!! Meals were fantastic, golf course on doorstep, 5 restaruants to choose from each night.
