Fabulous friendly staff in an idyllic location. This resort exceeded my expectations. Myself, husband and 2 kids (aged 3 and 5) stayed in the Lagoon View room - best for families as it is so close to the main swimming pool, swimming beach and meals. I have to say after reading some not so good reviews about the Shangri-la resort I was a bit reluctant to stay there, however as it was all booked and paid for when I read those there was no turning back. Treat yourself and take the kids to the Shangrila!! It was a welcoming, clean resort that had all kinds of amenities and activities that we ALL enjoyed!
