Very nice property. Rooms were very well appointed and a reasonably good value for the cost. On site charges for most all extra items (meals, phone calls, tours, etc.) were considerably high. We would go again, but plan on making more arrangements off property.

This was my 4th or 5th time at Las Casitas. Previously, I had always been in the North Casitas but this time we were in the South. I could tell the difference. If you wanted to walk anywhere, it added five minutes to the already long trip to the beach/waterpark. Otherwise, you have to take a shuttle to the main... More

My family stayed here for five nights immediately following Easter Sunday. First of all, the resort is beautiful. Nestled on cliffs, it is expansive and provides panoramic water and coastline views. Our one bedroom villa was spacious and well appointed, with two flat screen TVs, DVD and Blu-Ray players and nice appliances. Even though we were staying on the North... More

We travelled here in January for a long weekend to escape the cold for a bit. We had a fabulous time at this property. We stayed in a one bedroom unit overlooking the ocean. It had a gorgeous view and had ample room for our family of 5. The bathroom could use an update but was clean regardless. The staff... More

We stay at the Casitas as there is more room and a kitchen. The Staff is great and friendly. The pools are great all 6 or 7 of them. There are 2 exercise facilities. The views are wonderful and I we have been coming to PR for 30 years and the weather is always fantastic. The hotel is better than... More

This location cannot be topped! Stunning views. Awesome staff. Great amenities. The water park and the ferry to Palomino was a big hit with my family. Only minor complaint is the beds were not very comfortable and the ac unit blasted the entire time despite our attempt to adjust thermo. Not a huge deal. We will be back!

The location of this hotel is breathtaking. That being said, the service is not what you would expect from a Waldorf-Astoria hotel. There were a few staff that were excellent but overall the service was less than par.

Las Casitas is a nice hotel, but totally overpriced - they are squeezing your wallet like a fresh lemon. Let's start with the outrageous 18% resort fee which is buried in the fine prints of your order. It is unacceptable for such a hotel to play this low trick on guests. I bet this will not stand any legal procedure.... More

We spent 6 nights here with our four kids, ages 16, 14, 8, 7, during the week leading up to Easter and Passover. We had a three bedroom casita on the south side, farthest from the main resort. We had a very good experience overall, and would consider going back. El Conquistador is a very large resort, and Las Casitas... More

Beautiful views, lush gardens, attentive staff, and great for kids of all ages. We had the time of our lives! Our only negative experience was when we discovered one of the waiters at the pool was helping himself to our beer...we had ordered a bucket which our waiter said was five beers...only to discover later that it was supposed to...
