The location of the cabins is really not to top and it's very quiet here. The cabins are nicely refurbished and provide everything you need, for example a good equipped kitchen (although we don't like to cook when on holiday, we were forced sometimes, as all over Lofoten it lacks of nice restaurants...). Hamnøy is 5 km from Reine which is good because it is calm and quite from the more popular Reine. Not far from the rorbuer, there is shop that sells fresh seafood and a killer salmon sandwich in Sakrisøy. I spent my nights in 5 different places all over Lofoten and I found Eliassen the nicest one! I stayed in Blikenbua which has a great view just outside of window! I strongly recommend people who travel in a group to go, since the price might be a little bit high for solo & couple travellers. More
