Thank you for a wonderful holiday in your wonderful hotel :-)). Beautiful accommodation in modern rooms, a wonderful family atmosphere, excellent breakfast and a well-stocked bar. Reliable wifi, the possibility of parking, in short, all superlatives.

The recently refurbished hotel which is close to all required amenities has been decorated to an excellent standard. Probably less than 200m to the main Gondola Andalo-Dos Pela and a number of Ski Hire Shops. The hotel can also issue your lift pass, which saves time queuing on your first morning. The hotel is impeccably clean in all areas and the staff are friendly. While not all of the staff speak English it is not a major problem, after all that's what Google Translate was made for. The breakfast buffet was excellent and plentiful and if you left feeling hungry it was your own fault. The bar when we were there was generally quiet, more to do with COVID restrictions than anything else. The restaurant in the evening was very well run and again the buffet was excellent and plentiful. Generally there were plenty of options to suit my vegetarian wife and myself a confirmed meat and fish eater. If there wasn't a vegetarian option available on the menu the chef would produce a suitable alternative. The food really was excellent and the chefs surprise each evening was very good and encouraged us both to be more adventurous. We did not have many desserts generally because we were too full after all of the earlier courses but there was one stand out a Chocolate Pudding which was to die for. We will visit again.

I spent some days on skis in Andalo between the end of February and the beginning of March and I stayed at the hotel Bottamedi with a half board tariff. The hotel is located in the center of Andalo, between the city hall and the parish church, very near to the main chair lift to Paganella mountain. My single room was very long and narrow with a single bed a sofa a table and a long wardrobe where I could easily store all my cumbersome clothes. A French window opened on a balcony with a fine view on the village and the mountains. The bathroom was wide and comfortable. Everything looked clean and well maintained. Every evening I could choose among three alternative first and second courses, one of them is a typical local recipe, which I appreciated very much since my grandparents were born in Trento. In the morning an adequate breakfast offered all I needed to begin a long day on the ski slopes. The landlord is always present and takes care of every detail with great care. Last but not least, I was forced the change the dates of my stay and the landlord allowed the change forgiving the penalty clause: great!
