The bed was so comfortable that we didn't want to leave, especially after a month of travelling in Laos and Cambodia. Spotlessly clean and although small, the room had everything we needed except a jug. The door to outside was a double one, thus avoiding any street noise and although the room didn't have a lot of natural light there... More

Great place to stay in Trat. Our room was modern and extremely clean. Friendly, helpful staff. The only negative is that they don’t offer meals here, so we had to walk a couple of blocks for breakfast each morning. Also, one night went to Joy’s Pizza, about a 10 minute walk. Amazing freshly made pizza, served out at tables on... More

P'Tooh makes this place far more difference by his caring in every single details. Very clean, classy room with big bed with 4 types of pillows makes us feel like 6-star hotels. Despite unbeatable service mind of the owner and staffs, it is located the heart of old historical town. We can say it is the best in Trat. Keep... More

This is a great choice if you are looking for a base to explore the Eastern islands of Thailand - Koh Samet and Koh Kood. The hotel is around 20 minutes drive from the ferry terminals, so perfect if you miss the last ferry or want to relax after returning to the mainland. The rooms are furnished to a very... More

We were to late for the ferry to Kho Kood so wife and I decided to spend the night in Trat. After driving around the city we found several cheaper backpacker type guest houses but the Rimklong stood out. Rooms are well appointed (fridge,TV, A/C) and the room we had in the back had its own small courtyard. Parking in... More

I've stayed in 20 or so hotels and rooms in Thailand now, Rimklong is the best finished by far. And as such, the best value for money so far. We paid 1000 baht per night for a 2 night stay in June 2015. Room: small but perfectly formed. Everything in the room is of the very best quality. They have... More

Very nice hotel. Our room was comfortable and very clean. We came back for a second visit (my husband fell from the motor bike, hurt his shoulder and had to visit Trat hospital). On our second visit we stayed in the suite: slightly more expensive, but really very nice. The suite has a big downstairs and a big upstairs with... More

The Rimklong is a small and very comfortable hotel perfectly located in the town's best area with old wooden houses, a friendly neighbourhood and not far from the interesting night food market. The rooms are of good size (some even more than that), very clean, and well equipped. We stayed in three different rooms, one was the appartment, and were... More
