We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Leopard Safaris. The camp was perfect: rustic enough to feel you are out in the wild but the excellent food, kind and attentive staff, and impeccable service made the experience truly luxurious. The food alone is enough of a reason to stay there - delicious and generous portions of all types of Sri Lankan... More

We have been on numerous safaris before, however; this was by far our best experience. We were privileged to see 4 leopards and bear in a matter of hours. The game drive was truly fantastic and a memorable one: the team knew exactly where to take us and delivered on what they hoped to provide. The team was extremely committed... More

Dear Lalindra, I’m very excited to hear that you experienced your best ever safari with our team and that you had the luck to spot the elusive leopard in such a short time during your stay. Being a Sri Lankan, I’m happy to hear that you loved our camp food. Not all the time you hear from a Sri Lankan... More

Access to the lodge from the airport is easy and short, 1 hour maximum. Stayed for two nights. Enjoyed the stay very much. The tent was adequate but not nearly as luxurious as in Southern African tented camps. However, the experience is more authentic here. The facilities are clean but during the dry season one cannot escape the dust. The... More

This was our 2nd stay with Leopard Safaris (the previous one was at their camp in Wilpattu). Once again we were warmly welcomed into camp and sat down to a delicious lunch. The food here is amazing, the best we have had in Sri Lanka and the chef conjures up something different every meal time. What better way to finish... More

Accommodation - although very warm (despite bladeless fans), spending the night in a 2-bedroom family tent + 2 toilets + 1 shower was quite novel.  Safari - it wasn't our day to sight leopards, but it was easy enough to spot a variety of deer and birds, wild boar, bear, monkeys, mongoose, crocodiles and elephants. Be prepared to inhale dust... More

Our family of 6 spent two days with the Leopard Safaris team - simply one of the greatest experiences of our life. The early morning and evening safaris were expertly chaperoned, and we got to the key animals first. The campsite was excellent, and the food was authentic Sri Lankan, wonderfully prepared and enjoyed over candlelight after evening drinks. Couldn't... More

I stayed at Leopard Safaris Camp with my family in June for 3 days and 2 nights. After travelling through Africa to many Safari Parks, this camp well and truly lived up to my expectations. Two key factors made it the most enjoyable and wonderful experience - 1.) the incredible gourmet food 2.) our insightful and entertaining guides, Dhanu and... More

This is my first ever trip advisor review and I strongly think Leopard Safaris (http://www.leopardsafaris.com/) deserve this. The reason why I spelled out the website is because I believe there are many 'copycats' out there (some with almost similar names too!) and its easy ending up booking with the wrong one. First of all, I want to thank Leopard Safaris... More
