This was a basic hotel, but a fairly good hotel. The rooms had basic amenities but larger than our other hotel in Seoul. The floors had heating so even at -5C at night, we slept comfortably under the covers. The breakfast buffet was substantial. A cheaper alternative to the hotels closer to the ski resort. We were a family of... More

Stayed 3 days 2 night with family at the Kensington Flora for the Pyeongchang Trout Festival. The hotel lobby had a beautiful Christmas tree and decorations and looked fantastic and classy. The outdoor garden was huge and beautiful and looked very impressive, and the frozen-over stream even had ducks. We also had a great view from our balcony. However, the... More

This hotel looks fancy, huge and impressive but if you stay here during Autumn or Winter, you will not survive. Stayed here with a tour one night 13th November 2014, almost frozen to death. External temperature was -4C and there is no heating in any of the lobby areas and the heating in the room was set at only 10C... More

This hotel has a great facade, Parisian style lobby, great outdoor garden and pool but what it lacks is basic essential in a room. The rooms are very average; they have not been upgraded and even lack movement and space and feels cramped. For the price they charge the rooms aren't at all impressive. It is certainly not a business... More

I stayed here for an international conference and was not terribly disappointed. Overall, the hotel is ok. The breakfast buffet was its best feature. The lobby is spacious and the grounds are quite nice. It was the wrong season to try the pool. Now the room had good bits and not so good bits. There was a nice balcony. It... More

I stayed here for two weeks in an international conference. While this is a nicely maintained hotel and the staff is kind and helpful, it is clear from the start that this is NOT a hotel that you would recommend for any international business traveller. Firstly its "Western-style" room that I took had no working space, its only desk being... More

This hotel has a very pretty lobby. The rooms however are plain and bleak. For a hotel of this standard, I would expect some basics. This hotels lacks room service, a free gym ($5 per visit), standard sized bath towels, functioning wifi, mugs for the kettle provided and an iron. There is a convenience store open until 23.00 if you... More

The lobby is really nice. The room however is quite simple. Having seen the lobby, I would had thought the room will look luxurious. To be fair, the room is spacious, clean and simple. No wifi in the room. Wifi only available at the lobby. The drainage system of the shower isn't that effective. There is a spa at basement... More

Hotel lobby are large and comfortable for catch up talk Rooms are decent, particularly liked the toilet were you get a large bathtub and a separated shower. Large balcony are great, except you are staying during winter like me.

If you do not mind the limited facilities and room layout etc then you can consider this hotel. It is a 3 stars rated hotel. Staying here a night is OK for my family. Person who wants excellent hotel amenities and facilities cannot have a happy stay here It is only an average hotel which provides only the basic needs
