Went there during winter in mid Dec 2014 when temperatures were at minus 10+ degrees. The resort has many facilities and is good for family with kids due to ski, bowling, etc. The double corner suite oom has a corner cozy area which faces a nice view next to the window. We usually dumped all our winter and skii gear... More

The hotel staff are very helpful and can speak a bit of English. They even try to buy a slide for my kid from outside even the hotel shop don't sell it. I really appreciate it. Great service. Room condition acceptable and clean. There are a few nice resturant at Tower plaza and game, bowling for kid.

Enjoyed a 2-night stay with the family. A beautiful ski resort that's really clean and well-taken care of. Was given a room with a queen-sized bed overlooking the ski slope. Quite glad that we were given the western room and not the rooms with the tatami-like bed. Not really used to sleeping on the floor. Our room had nice warm... More

I like a ski hotel with a lively bar and the buzz of skiers enjoying their apres. Imagine my disappointment when we arrived to find the bar was closed for the season. The room was rather grotty hopefully they will be spending lots of money for the Olympics and this place (which is brilliantly located on the edge of the... More

It was near to Winter period, nice weather but quite cold. At the entrance, there is a Cow statue model, colorful puzzle painted. Beautiful background, as the Yong Pyong Ski Resort is beside it. There is also a gift shop at the lobby, where I bought a ICE Watch. A few walking steps, there's also a Korean restaurant, with those... More

Had major miscommunication issue with booking, we asked for rooms with proper beds (western style, mattress on bed frame) but when we arrived only rooms with heated flooring and soft blankets/padding were available. We had to negotiate for a long while they provided us with a proper room. Everything else was not bad overall.

Was there for a night stop over. It was then still a new hotel. Big reception area and nice cosy room as well as breakfast area. But what surprise me is the surroundings. Nice overlooking lake and traditional houses across the river from where we stayed. morning breeze is a definitely good time for a walk.

It is a very nice place for skiing! There are restaurants, convenient stores and hotels in the skiing resort. I really enjoy skiing during weekdays but it is too crowded on weedend.

It was a very comfortable here at this hotel. even though the hotel itself was not very spacious. The furnishing was traditionally Korean - wooden sliding doors and all, but lovely. We felt rather at home. The climate was cold, so the hotel did not turn on air-conditioning (thank goodness). The facilities were clean and well-kept. Also, the service staff... More
