Me and my friends stayed for 4 nights. during check-in the front office agent was nice and very attentive. the room was clean and has a very nice and relaxing aroma. everything that follows up to our check-out was nice. they treat their guests like royalties.

Fort Ilocandia is not that Luxurious as percieved by many. It is popular because it was onr of the first and biggest hotel built in Laoag. The structure is mostly made up of bricks and pathways of man-made cobble stones. Its warm and the grounds are spacious. You need to have a car going there if you don't want to... More

We stayed for 5 nights and while the resort is great, its facilities are limited. There was no effort in making our stay great and the food is well below average. I still recommend the resort for the experience but you will be left alone in this very large and beautiful property...may not be entirely bad after all but philippines... More

We stayed here for one night, and it was enough. Beach is far and not very pretty, activities are sort of perfunctory and not professionally managed, dining choices were limited and mediocre. Wish there were more info about the history of the resort (especially since it's such an interesting backstory!) but apart from the photos on the walls -- the... More

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights while waiting to go to Boracay. The hotel is well kept but it's very tired, it could do with updating as it looks like its not been done up since its been built......... The 2 pools are great!!!! The Olympic size pool is just great for your daily exercise swim and the... More

We arrived late at night and left in the morning the next day. And guess what? We regret not spending more time here. First of all, the landscape and scenery are picturesque! Absolutely a lovely and serene place. Specially in the morning when the sun shines through the grounds! The rooms are pretty nice too but the a/c doesn't seem... More

We really pushed for a night in Fort Ilocandia just for the experience. Suprisingly they have a 4,300 for 3 persons offer so we grabbed the opportunity! The experience was awesome! We went to the beach early morning and experience the soft waves and refreshingly clear water. After that, we went to experience the olympic sized pool just adjacent to... More

We had an enjoyable stay on this hotel. It is vast and there are tons of activities to do. I have broken down my assessment to as follows: Rooms - we were kinda lucky we got upgraded to the next room class that we got a more spacious one including the bathroom. The furnishings are a bit dated and requires... More

My 2nd time to stay in Fort Ilocandia - this time with my siblings and nieces. The hotel service hasn't changed from the doorman up to the room boy from the day we check-in until we checked-out. The standard room is very spacious and could accommodate 4 persons. I stayed in a deluxe room with my sisters and we enjoyed... More

This resort has lost its glory as the premier hotel and resort in Laoag city. While the premises have been maintained, the guest rooms need major repairs. Bathrooms are dingy, rooms smell like mold and in our room, I saw a small mouse! Buffet breakfast also have to be improved.
