We were on a tour from Manila. Arriving at the plus entrance and decorations for Chinese New year we were pleasantly surprised. A room upgrade made the experience even better and we found out room well decorated and very clean, the bathroom worked fine with plenty of supplies. Plenty of staff with great attitude. Huge site and great pools. The... More

The place is quite historic due to its connection with the Marcoses. As expected, it is already aging but i think whoever managing right now is doing a good job in making the property still significant to tourist. However, the food in their Palms Bar is awful. Specifically thier Thrilla in Manila Appetizer. It taste like old cooking oil. The... More

we went to fort ilocandia last August of 2014,it was my first time to visit here since it open to the public. its like walking to a hallway with full of memories, architectural style is still in the late 70's and many international celebrities have spend their nights there.the place is huge and beautiful. though i was told by a... My stay was arranged by Mango Tours as the base for a 3 day tour of Ilocos Norte and Ilocos Sur. A nice hotel, allegedly built by Ferdinand Marcos for his daughter's wedding, it is expansive with many more activities than I could take in while on a tour, but looks like it would be a nice leisure stay... except,... We spent 1 night at Fort Ilocandia during a road trip through the northern Philippines The hotel is massive, with a huge area of landscaped grounds (which are particularly nice to walk around in the morning), nice gardens, has a nice large pool and golf-driving range. There are plenty of activities available, unfortunately we didn’t have much time to experience... More

The hotel itself was nice and the rooms were clean. The staff was pretty helpful and friendly. The pool and beach were nice. Then we took a walk through the so called mini zoo and were shocked by the mistreated animals, the monkeys were in cages that had no greenery or anything to make their lives better and some were... Nice resort with lots of activities, nice garden and pool, beautiful sunset. However, this may not be the place for everyone, while it is clean, the hotel is quite old (needless to say it smells old). Some people say it's part of its beauty. Due to its price compared to other nearby cheaper hotels, suggest you book here for just... More

This hotel was probably the only black eye and disappointment of my 8 day stay in the Philippines this past christmas. We stayed here for 3 nights and the number of issues range from: - the room quality - the noise throughout the hallways that kept us awake as people returned to their rooms and spoke at a normal volume... We never had that chance to stay in this hotel, but We just stroll around and took some selfies. It was really a glimpse of Filipino culture and a touched of Spanish influence. The hotel has a beautiful architectural structure, it's way too expensive but I know it's worth the price..:)

This hotel is composed of 77 hectares. It has beachfronts, mini zoos, golf ranges, sand dunes, pools, conference areas, bars, restaurants, to cater to whatever whims you want to do to de stress. Beautiful views, fresh air, and silent but efficient staff to cater to your comfort. I give it 5 stars.
