The hotel is located a few kilometers south of Laoag City center, offering large room and clean bathrooms. They serve buffet breakfast, but since we visited during peak season and the hotel was almost fully booked, they were running out of food to serve as the kitchen could not bring out enough food in a timely matter to feed everyone.... Firstly, the service from the staff is terrible. They were accusing that we took their hand towels and one towel and were charging us if we take them. How dare they accuse their guests if taking their old towels! We were really offended! They also didn't have the typical items of a hotel - shower cap, newspaper, shaver, extra toilet... More

We stayed here for two nights last week and the stay was not a pleasant one. 1) Room key card not working, only worked once. The solution is to go back down on their slow-speed elevators and the receptionist for a new card key which does not work. This happened so many times & their remedy was to give me... More

Pamulinawen hotel Laoag Undoubtedly the worst hotel I have stayed in, in the Philippines, in Asia, and possibly anywhere - and this from an experienced world traveler as a backpacker, business traveler, and with a young family. The only reason it gets one star is because I can't give zero. Email reservation was smooth, and the website showed a nice... More

PAMULINAWEN HOTEL is certainly not a place to stay. i stayed in this hotel during the COURT LEGAL RESEARCHER's ASSOCIATION of the PHILIPPINES, Inc. Convention last April 1-5, 2014. To my dismay, everything about this hotel is horrible. I am appalled by the unprofessional and poor customer service! Staffs didn't even know how to communicate with the customers and everything... The hotel location is good, the room facilities are new and clean, the staff were all courteous. I love our room. The beds were big, the pillows, blankets and the towels smells really good. We always get a real good night's sleep during the whole time of stay here. But this newly-built hotel has to do some improvements / fast... More

This hotel's facilities are great. But that is where it stops, as some of the other reviews states Unorganized is an understatement. Maybe if they brought on some personnell with experience this might aleviate some the unorganization. Here I do have to say that we did not make any reservations. The prices are way to high we had three rooms... More

Unorganized chaos. Granted it was Holy Week, but still... Upon checking in, confusion. Didn't have the room ready at 8pm. Why a room needs to be prepared at that time I'm not really sure. Finally got to the room and called downstairs to ask if there was room service. No. Went downstairs to get something to order and again confusion.... More

the hotel at a glance was impressive, as it was standing tall amidst farmlands. the lobby is expansive. there are 3 elevators, though only 2 were functioning. the rooms, even the most affordable rooms are pretty grand. the bathroom inside the rooms is big. each room has a refrigerator and led tv, but lacked other amenities like coffee/tea service, hair...
