We went to Ilocos for a 2 night 3 days tour, and we stayed at the La Elliana, because its the hotel affiliated with our tour. The hotel is kinda old, small elevator about 4-5 persons only. Beds are just fine. Bathrooms are also outdated, there molds around the sink, water supply is poor and the shower is not working.... More

I killed two roaches within my first four hours. The first kill was during my first hour in the room. The second kill was before taking a shower. I guess the roaches were also couples who checked in a bit earlier that we did. Do I need to write the rest of my story?

My niece and their classmates had a bad scary eerie experiences in this hotel just lately. Ive heard from these students that they have no choice but to follow what was in their itinerary. They have seen, experienced the other dimension especially on the elevators, the rooms on the 5th and 2nd floor, and stairs going up 2x for the... More

stayed here from oct 10 to 11 only just to sleep together with my husband. These are my comments: 1. No locked inside your room. Stayed in Room 609. 2. Old hotel/old room thats why we felt scary. 3. Water heater functioned well, same with the aircon (but old) 4. Noticed that the lobby was kind of scary. There are... More

Having stayed here 5 years ago, I was surprised that their rates hasn't risen much.. I got my matrimonial bed. At php 750 per night, I couldn't ask for more. Clean bathroom. Cold aircon, hot and cold shower. It was a bargain compared to newly built hotels. If you're not spending your honeymoon, this hotel is my best bet for... More

There are not so many options in Laoag. We saw an other hotel very close to this one and we got scared how old it looked. So we were happy to find that one. We paid 800PHP for a double room with TV and bathroom. The whole place is old and leeds renovation! It looks a bit like a social... More

It was easy to find near bus station and supermarket. The building is a bit old, elevator is small, has capacity of maybe 3-4 persons only, so most of the time we use stairs. Good thing we're just on the 3rd floor. Nonetheless, overall experience is good, first time in Ilocos with boyfriend and some friends.

This hotel has a lot going for it, but it's too bad that the opportunity is being ignored. Location-wise, this is the best in Laoag -- it's along Rizal Avenue, the main road; there's a 24-hour convenience store (Ilocos Stop) and Ylocano-themed Saramsam Restaurant a short walk away; an open-air Kapampangan restaurant and watering hole just across it (Ravanden's); tricycles... Stayed here last February for the feast of pamulinawen. rates are cost efficient. bed is not that comfortable (but that's personal preference only, bed is not that soft nor hard but the foam is covered with polyester topped with bed sheets), shower room is somewhat, not presentable, but room smells fresh as you enter. can smoke inside your room. my...
