This hotel is located in an out of the way location on the Shan Plateau. The only reason we stayed here that we like many others who stay here are visiting the spectacular Pindaya Caves. Spectacular for the massive chambers with a myriad of Buddha images of various materials and styles. The hotel itself is a charming, beautiful small property... More

My wife and I recently spent one night at the Pindaya Inle Inn in the town of Pindaya. The room was very large and clean and did not include a television (this is good or bad depending upon one's interests). Staff were extremely courteous and helpful and communication was not an issue at all. We had to leave early the... More

Stayed in a regular room and the walls were paper thin. Could here our neighbours. Talking in regular voices next door. Maybe the delux rooms are better soundproof. However the electric blankets were a nice touch to get the bed warm to sleep by. However the chanting happening all night from the Schwe Oo Min Pagoda above the town was... More

Such luxury is a surprise in this modest town. Our ‘room’ was a very spacious teak chalet with bath as well as shower, and set in very pleasant gardens. All the usual 4-star facilities were there – apart from the TV which had only one English-language channel – Russia Today! Food, both at breakfast and dinner was well prepared –... More

We had a lovely rustic cottage set at the rear of the property and was very quiet. Had an outside shower which worked reasonably well but also a good sized bathroom The room was ample size and rustic furnished with a fireplace The restuarant served an excellent evening meal and although the break fast was plated up ..the quality was... Loved the setting of this hotel, very peaceful and traditional. Lovely restaurant and the veranda outside the restaurant is a good place for a wind down beer as its such a peaceful setting whilst you watch the locals pass by. Staff as always in Myanmar are friendly and cannot do enough for you, even if that is remove a large... More

Welcomed with a room upgrade to an Intha room. Nice individual rustic style cabins. Spacious with large bathroom and comfortable bed. Attractive grounds. No lake view but only couple of mins walk away. Good buffet breakfast. Friendly service. On site spa which was reasonable but pricey by local standards. Caves were interesting and take about an hour to visit but... More

This hotel is spacious by normal standards, with lovely chalet style rooms. Everything is comfortable and functional, stopping short of luxurious. But utterly charming, comfortable, and offers a great nights sleep. The restaurant served good food with prompt service. The staff genuinely want you to enjoy your stay here. I would be back in a flash.

We arrived at this hotel for one night only and had picked up a stomach problem en route. They were really thoughtful and came to check I was ok, made me something 'gentle' to eat and were generally very caring. The gardens are lovely and a lot of work has gone into them. Not a 5 star hotel but a... More
