We stayed here for 3 nights and thought it was really good. Nice and clean rooms. Big and comfy bed. Private shower and toilet. Good fan (you can pay extra for a/c. Vang vieng is small and you can walk everywhere fromthis place. We paid 70 000 kip per night for 2 people. I think one of the cheaper places... More

Up there with the best we stayed in on our 2month trip. Rooms were large, we had a double and a single, the double was a king size! Everything was clean and well presented, rooms were cleaned whenever asked. Location is also very good, short walk to anywhere you want to be. Staff were friendly and very laid back and... More

It fulfilled the three Cs; central, clean and cheap. Also seemed very safe, with lockers. No character whatsoever, but so what! The staff were pretty helpful WHEN ASKED, but otherwise only seemed interested in playing on their devices or watching TV. We had to ask for soap, water, towels, etc. Would certainly stay there again.

Most guesthouses in Vang Vieng are pretty similar because it's essentially a massive party town, and Sisavang was a good place to stay for the entire time. Close to everything and with good Sandwich bars and little restaurants nearby it was a fine hotel. My flip flops got nicked, twice! But I can hardly blame the hotel for that!! Maybe... More

The guesthouse is right next to the bars in Vang Vieng, easy to go into restaurants from here. Rooms were ususally quiet if no one had the idea to carry on partying in the hallway after a day of tubing and free dinks that you get in all the bars. Room was basic and had no fridge but other than... More

We moved here from another guesthouse which had bedbugs and dirty sheets.. Thankfully this place had a really clean bed, and no funky bugs. Good value for money, good location. We had a balcony, good shower, and free tea and coffees in the morning. No wifi in the room, was only available in the hallway. Staff not so friendly. A... More

Only complaints about this hostel is that the biggest dorm is 4 beds and it can be hard to meet people cause there's not really a common area, the showers were also seriously average. However for the most part it was great.

The best thing is the location. Close to bars and restaurants but without the noise. Rooms are spacious and balcony allows a good spot for drying towels etc. Wifi signal was okay, stretched to our room and worked most of the time. Showers are hot which is always a winner but a little bit awkward to use (I had to... More

This hotel is a gem. We paid next to nothing to be right in the middle of what Vang Vieng has to offer! From leaving the hotel doors, you're about 30 seconds away from Friends on repeat and an Ovaltine shake! The room is much the same as anywhere else you would stay on a backpackers budget, clean, tidy and... More

When the tuk-tuk drops you off from the bus station you end up a two minute walk from Sisavang. Three of us got a room for 90 000 kip (30 000 each) which included a single and queen bed as well as a very large balcony that over looked the town of Vang Vieng. The rooms were very clean and... More
