We stayed for 2 nights. View is beautiful. Stayed in deluxe room. Was not deluxe. 2 twin beds were pushed together to make double when we asked for a double. Room had very bare minimum. Frigde, no mini bar, no kettle, but was coffee available at reception. Walk a few flights of stairs and in the rain..... coffee. Staff seem... More

Property was fine for our group of backpackers in their 20's/ early 30's. Nice pool, staff let us swim late, nice rooms but the wifi didn't reach up there so you had to go to the first floor lobby. Main issue: the daytime front desk guy was ripping us off when helping get tuk tuk's. I expect that if I... More

This could well be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The rooms are in an appaling state. Both the bedroom as the bathroom had not been cleaned properly for ages, resulting in lots of cobwebs and mould all over the walls and ceiling. There are lots of minor repairs to be done, such as curtain rails... More

Booked through internet months ago. What they say on internet is not matching with what it is. AC remote is missing and pool is conteminated with dead bugs and algae. Asked to talk to manager but saids he is visiting Vientiane. Should reconsider when you book here. Period!

My girlfriend and I loved this hotel, we had a mountain view room and fell in love with this place our initial 4 night booking wasn't enough so we booked another 3, rooms were spacious, beds comfortable and breakfast was ok, at £20 a night this place is a steal, I will be returning to Vang Vieng and this is... Lovely spacious rooms, aircon, fan, shampoo and soap in the wet/bathroom, clothing hangers, fab view, lovely balcony. Staff could do with some training re international hospitality and being taught the understanding and importance of (international) customer care and retention; both at reception and during breakfast, the standard reply (in poor or non existent English) is 'no have', 'no can do',... The staff really made this a very comfortable venue to hold our annual team planning session. Very relaxing environment was welcomed during a very intense conference. Looking forward to the next visit.

This hotel receptist or help desk are poor in english language. Opposite the hotel, we can find food easily available. This hotel catering or restaurant has been allocated near the river. It is a distant walk for retirees and old people. The road to the restaurant was not upgraded. One can twist an engkle

Ms Amphone was very efficient and informative in all mail communications. Check in was done in a jiffy and we were handed a complimentary beer to our surprise. Unfortunately they had reserved a twin bedded room inspite of our clearly asking for double bed, so we had to make do with a road facing room instead. Rooms are big and... More

I am so surprised by all the bad reviews, the bungalow I stayed in has a warm place in my heart. I came here with a group of 10, we started in Koh Phangan, Thailand & worked our way up to Laos. (If you are looking for a luxurious stay in Vang Vieng look else where, if you are backpacking/... More
