I stayed here 2 nights as part of a tour group. The accommodation is basic, but given the price it is very good value. Staff were friendly, laundry was cheap, WIFI was reasonably reliable, the guest house was in a good location (away from all the noise of the main city hub, but still a close walk), rooms were basic... This place is quiet, but near to everything in Vang Vieng (it is a small town). The staff is helpfull with arranging tours and transfer. Rooms are simple with a fan, but sufficient and clean. Nothing fancy about this place, but it has what you need.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for three nights during our stay in VV. We are not the party type so this hotel was in a perfect location away from any noise at night. We stayed our first night at another hotel (which was rated higher than Khamphone) and got up as early as we could to switch hotels and... More

Good for location & quiet away from the bars of Vang vieng. Clean hotel but no hot water. Bike shops nearby rented bikes that didn't work - shop around if you want to hire. Nice people run the hotel. xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Clean hotel, had to take your shoes off to walk inside or anywhere under cover (I hate this!) rooms where okay, sheets not hemmed, a few patches and one stain. No beside table, and no fridge. But the bathroom was clean, as was the room and the bed was relatively comfortable.

Not sure why the negative reviews by some people on here. This place is centrally located yet quiet, clean, tidy and cheap! I would most certainly recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a basic yet good hotel at a fair price.

Just about 400 meters from main busy street. Love its quietness. I stayed 3 nights here at 50,000kips per nite, fan and bath ensuite. Real good value. It serves breakfast at ok price and the owner a young man Mr.Siang us friendly indeed. He spoke understandable english. If you're looking for a nice quiet section if Vang Vieng, then thus... More

A good place for sleeping quietly. You have two choice, the first with guesthouse and cheap prices. The second in the hotel in front of a littla more expensive, with a nice view on the karstics mountains and beautiful sunset. The rooms are clean and sunny. The staff is friendly. Not far of the restaurants, the river,...

This hotel is a bit away from the centre of Vang Vieng, which is why we picked it, since we didn't want to be stuck between drunk backpackers all night long. The rooms were simple but clean. The hotel seems to be going downhill a bit though, since they don't offer breakfast anymore and the pool is closed. The four... More

The hotel is in a good location so that you can walk to wherever you want, not that VV is that big. You have to take your shoes off so it was very clean. The shower is the normal Loas wet room style which lets face it, soaks everything else in the bathroom. We liked the fact that you could... More
