This is a lovely, upscale, clean, well-situated hotel close to Zion. There's a kitchenette which is terrific, a large and nice pool and hot tub, and quiet and spacious rooms which back onto a lovely creek. Very kid-friendly. Very nice and helpful staff. There's only one place I would return to in Zion: this is it.

My husband and I just got back from a trip to Utah and spent 3 nights at the Desert Pearl Inn. What a joy! We stayed in room 508, second floor that faces the rivers. Our room was very spacious, nicely appointed, great balcony for overlooking the river, well stocked kitchenette (even had long stemmed wine glasses), quiet, and overall... More

I chose the Desert Pearl Inn based on Trip Advisor reviews, so I'm paying it forward :) I got a King Suite pool view, and it was amazing. Beautiful room (spacious!), gorgeous patio and bathroom. Full kitchenette. Spotless. Stunning views. Also loved the onsite coffee shop and pool area. I also was traveling as a solo female and felt completely... More

We've just returned from a four night stay at the Desert Pearl Inn. We originally booked the room based on a friend's recommendation, which were supported by Tripadvisor's ratings. We couldn't have made a better choice. The room was large, comfortable with a kitchenette, decorated tastefully and a delight to return to after a long day of hiking. The staff... More

Desert Pearl exceeded our expectations!!! We wish we would have a choice of lodging like this in every one of our National Park visits! We had a first floor one bedroom/2 bathrooms unit on the river. It was perfect of our family of 4!! The kids slept on the pull out queen and had their own TV and bathroom. We... More

We originally planned to stay for four nights. Both Zion and Desert Pearl were so wonderful, we extended our stay. The first four nights we had a second floor room facing the river. We slept with the sound of the river- ahhh! The extra night required a move to another room. We packed up, left our things in the room,... More

This is the best hotel by far in Springdale. The rooms are modern and well appointed but the balconies are the best feature. The ones on the back buildings face a beautiful stream and are very secluded. The ones on the front face the pool but are also very nice, a great place for coffee and a book. I have... More

We stayed for NYE weekend away from the vegas nuttiness and took advantage of the great views of Zion National Park. After reading the reviews I am so glad that I decided to book this hotel. Fantastic River View and great room. The suite was so rustic yet modern with decor, tv was a nice flat screen. The Hotel was... More

This 15 year old property is exceptionally well maintained, and it is minutes away from Zion. I believe most rooms have a mini kitchenette: micro-wave, coffee maker, small refrigerator, sink, and some basic kitchen implements...ideal if you are packing a lunch for the day or eating take-out for dinner. Poolside balconies also have a nice view of the area landscape.... More

I have had the opportunity to stay in this hotel at 2 different times. Once with my husband for a few days in 2012 and more recently with my son on our way to California. It is a wonderful hotel. The rooms are spacious, the staff is friendly and it is within walking distance to good restaurants and the entrance... More
