It's a clean, happy, easy, and restful place. Our room overlooked the river and mountain range which was a breathtaking companion to our morning coffee. Easy parking, nice pool and so close to the entrance of Zion you could nearly walk. It would be so easy to run a mediocre establishment here at the entrance to a national park, but... More

Best hotel experience for a non-big name place. Vaulted ceilings, wood beams, comfy beds and pillows, balcony with views of Mesas and the river, updated bathroom features, very large rooms, kitchen supplies and glass wear. Wow! I liked the pool and Jacuzzi. Towels were clearly defined for each use. even a bathroom/shower/changing area by the pool. very clean and landscaping kept... More

Reading the many glowing TA reviews about the Desert Pearl Inn, convinced us it was going to be amazing, but truly, it exceeded our expectations. We opted for the Premium King Riverside (2nd floor-606), which was perfect for our weekend getaway. The room was huge with a well-appointed kitchenette and a balcony with breathtaking views of the river and red... More

We spent two nights at the Desert Pearl as part of a 10 day trip in the South West. This was by far our favorite hotel. Our room faced the river and made it very relaxing to sit on our adirondack chairs and enjoy the views of mountains and river. The pool was fantastic and location very close to Zion.... More

The quality of this place is outstanding and it starts with the registration process. The ladies at the front our very helpful, friendly, and professional. The rooms are similar to a studios with beautiful kitchenettes, nice comfortable couches, beds with nice soft sheets and thick absorbent towels. Beautiful wood floors and the view out the patio is remarkable. We had... More

With one small exception, Desert Pearl Inn was perfect for our family's one night in the Zion area. We had a family room with two queens and a pullout couch -- all very comfortable. Lovely patio on the lower level with the river beyond, and gorgeous view beyond that. Lots of footsteps from above during the afternoon, but the evening... More

This is truly a one of a kind spot. Although not fancy but excellent in its own way. Breathtaking views, a great pool and friendly staff made this one of the highlights of our family vacation. A special thank you has to go out to Yasenia (not sure if I spelled it correctly). She did everything from personally fixing an... More

Really great stay, overall reviews are spot on. We had a river view lower suite, at the back of the property. Very quiet (overall), and really nice to sit out and enjoy view/river. Only (slight) downside was people running about in room above - upstairs room would be quieter? Springdale is a much nicer place than expected, certainly nicer than... More

We stayed for 3 nights as part of our trip to Zion and Bryce Canyon. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Having the kitchenette was a bonus and allowed us to store food and make breakfast in the room. The patio overlooking the pool was used daily and we ate carry out dinners 2 nights right from there. The... More

We had a 3 night stay at the Desert Pearl, this is the 2nd time we have stayed here. I found the grounds to be well maintained, and when a problem arose it was taken care of quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms looked much the same as when we stayed 3 years ago. The decor was... More
