This place is a little pricey, but almost certainly the best place in Springdale. Rooms are large, views are breathtaking, staff is wonderful. If you are visiting Zion and you are not counting pennies, this is the place to stay (much nicer than Zion Lodge at about the same price). Shuttle stop right outside.

We stayed ina second story room that had views al around us. Rooms are VERY spacious, with microwave, mini fridge, cable tv, toiletries, AC, and there is a lovely pool to use as well as laundry room. No restaurant on site but plenty to pick from nearby or get groceries and fix your own.

Our stay a the Desert Pearl Inn was for two nights. We were pleasantly surprised by this small but wonderful hotel located just minutes from the entrance of Zion National Park. We were immediately welcomed by a pleasant staff member (Amanda I believe) who made us feel like we've known each other for awhile. Our room was located pool side... More

Stayed at the Desert Pearl for three nights while visiting Zion National Park. It was very nice- clean, quite a large room, good bed, plenty of room. Very nice decor- different than the usual Marriot which was nice. Nice size refrigerator- we had brought water but they have free good water in the park to refill your water bottles. We... More

Location - close to Zion park entrance; it locates in the same area/street where most of the other hotels and restaurants and galleries and shops. Hotel - clean, bright with a lots of lights in the room; the room is not fancy or luxurious but it has everything you need like a home (except no stove); no carpet in the... More

You can't beat their spacious, retro accommodations. Make sure you get a riverside room, second floor so you can enjoy seeing the river from the balcony. On the bus stop, and can walk to most restaurants.

We stayed here 2 nights visiting Zion. The plus: generous proportioned rooms with hardwood floors, fridge, sink, microwave, basic kitchen items and very comfortable beds. Great pool and hot tub. However, having said all this, the hotel did not provide any information on the flash floods that occurred during our stay that shut down I-15 to Las Vegas turning a... More

What a great place. Our room faced the Virgin River, so we had the trickling water at all times, so relaxing. The room was wonderful, loved the wood floors. The kitchenette has a microwave and toaster/convection oven AND a dishwasher. We get tired of restaurant food eventually so was able to even prepare a steak in the convection oven. We... More

Wow - What a nice property. Everyone on the staff went out of there way to make sure your expectations were exceeded. Very clean and very comfortable rooms that were very well appointed. This property is right down the road from the entrance to Zion National Park & walking distance to all the local restaurants & shops. Nice outdoor pool... More

Great property, and perfect for visiting Zion Park. Rooms are modern, well-furnished and well-kept. We had a king suite with a river view and it was beautiful. The service is not what we'd generally expect in the USA - a bit off-hand, not at all the normal positive welcome we've found elsewhere. This is a very busy tourist area and... More
