My husband was injured at work so I had to cancel our stay. I tried to follow their cancellation policy which was 72 hours. I contacted them well within that time frame, however they still charged me the full amount of my stay. When I requested to speak with a manager they were never onsite and it took more than... more

We stayed at the Driftwood Lodge in one of their newly-renovated rooms (I believe they are room numbers in the 100s). The decor was beautiful, the room was clean and spacious, and best of all- our balcony had views of the beautiful cliffs and canyons. The shuttle runs directly from the front of the lodge to the park. more

We stayed at the Driftwood lodge recently and enjoyed it. We are two adults, age 30, and one toddler. We stayed in a King Suite upstairs, facing the canyon. The room was clean and nice and the view was incredible. Our room also overlooked a small horse pasture, with two friendly horses that our son liked to pet each day.... more

We are extremely discerning yet budget-oriented travelers, and the Driftwood Lodge offered newly remodeled (ask for them) rooms for $20 more than the standard rooms - complete with brand new furnishings, a wonderful balcony from which to view the stunning red rocks surrounding us, and a restaurant to DIE for. Seriously, Jessie's Restaurant was affordable, and offered unique and absolutely... more

2 nights midweek stay in March. Setting was absolutely beautiful- its worth the few bucks more to stay in Springdale rather than the cheap motels at Hurricane. FREE bus runs through the village to the canyon every 7mins in the day and to way after dark so really easy to get into the park or have a meal/drink elsewhere. Not... more

I stayed here in early October while travelling with my two dogs. Yes, there's a nominal pet fee, but the room was huge, so my dogs and I did not feel cramped. And there's a dog park along the river just a block down the street, so dogs can run and play. The property also has a nice trail outside,... more

This is a good place to stay. Clean & Quiet & very convenient to Zion NP. There is a shuttle stop at the inn. The resturant is nice although a bit expensive--$6 for toast & bacon. I was a bit disappointed though. I thought all the rooms had a balcony--apparently I misunderstood because our room did not. The was the... more

I was booked in at the Driftwood Lodge for 2 nights; the first impression was the absolutely spectacular view of the surrounding mountains. The staff was welcoming, pleasant and helpful throughout. Rooms were spacious, clean and with good amenities. Good food and service at the adjacent restaurant. What more can I say? I would happily stay there again more

Firstly this is an independant hotel and is not part the Best Western Chain - if it is then they hid it from us! The Best Western is the next hotel along! We stayed here for two nights and enjoyed our stay but were a little disappointed in the room. However, having looked closely at the hotel's website and other... more

Stayed at Driftwood lodge for two nights in August with my husband and nine year old daughter. We had a superior two queen room which had just been renovated and had new furniture carpets etc. It was just what we were looking for with plenty of space and good quality fittings plus the added bonus of a well maintained pool... more
