Our favorite stay of the whole trip! This place is very cute, comfortable, centrally located (walking distance to shops/restaurants/shuttle to Zion), and the owners Mark and Joe were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable about the area (Zion, hikes, restaurants, the hidden liquor store, etc)! We stayed in the standalone cottage in the back – it was private, quiet, and had a... More

Clean and comfortable place to stay with fantastic location. Near entrance to Park and shuttle stop. Owners of the bed and breakfast gave us restaurant advice, must see hikes, and even let us borrow hiking sticks. We stayed two nights to see Zion but wished we had stayed a third night and driven to Bryce rather than stayed outside Bryce.... More

Thank you Mark and Joe for opening up your house for us on our trip to Utah! We loved how close we were to Zion NP and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We stayed in the hikers room and it was just enough for us as we only needed it to sleep! We spent all of our time... More

We were there in mid-July'14. We stayed 3 nights. We had only started planning the trip in mid-June so didn't find many rooms available in Springdale. Under The Eaves had 2 rooms available and I assumed that was because of cost. At $130 a night, these rooms aren't cheap, but late planners can't be choosy. I had read in other... More

We caught joe and mark just before they were about to leave on their own vacation but they still took the time to get us settled in and show us around the house and our room. The main house is absolutely lovely with lots of cute decor and the gardens fantastic. We spent a lot of time relaxing on their... More

This place could not be better located. On the main drag of Springdale, across the street from a grocery store, half a block from the shuttle bus to Zion, and within walking distance of several eateries. The proprietors, Joe and Mark, are full of helpful information to make your visit to the Springdale area one that you will not forget.... More

My husband and I stayed here during a long road trip through the Southwest. After driving through the scenic entrance to Zion National Park, we were already in amazement by the beauty of the place. We were just as amazed by how pretty Under the Eaves was, and how lovely the grounds were. Mark and Joe were as friendly as... More

Joe and Mark offered us an amazing home away from home to enjoy all the splendors of Zion National Park. Under the Eaves was charming, quaint, comfortable, quiet, and well-appointed with all of the things we needed- nice accomodations, easy access to the park, a refuge at the end of the day of hiking (the hammock was one of my... Since leaving under the eaves and springdale at easter, my boyfriend and I have been discussing going back. "lets just go back to Springdale". We loved this place. Mark and Joe were very accommodating. Most of the house is open for their guests, with the exception of the kitchen, with hammocks and chairs out the back to enjoy the view... More

Joe and Mark are both great hosts and gave us plenty tips both for Springdale and exploring Zion. This B&B is very cosy. We had room number 1, which is in the main building. The house is rather old so don't expect it to be totally soundproof. The stairs to the upper floor was located right outside our room so... More
