What an absolutely pleasant experience. I loved my stay at this lovely, cozy and warm B & B! From its location within the majestic peaks of Zion to its creative, warm and ecclectic decor, it is a must go to destination in Springdale. It's owners could not be warmer, thoughtful and caring.

Our family rented two separate cabins situated behind the main house, a gorgeous 1930s-era home. What I liked most about the B&B is the architecture, much of which is the original. We had reserved the large room upstairs in the main house but decided it would be best to rent two rooms instead as sometimes family situations are all about... More

My husband and I stayed at Under the Eves in October with four friends. Mark and Joe, our hosts, could not have been more accommodating or enjoyable. So helpful about steering us to the best hikes for us and very yummy restaurants. Plus you get a incredible breakfast each morning at Oscar's next door. The views from the inn courtyard... More

This review is specifically for room #7, which stands alone in the back garden. The room was very nice and well-kept, if you sit in the garden there's a great view of the red rocks that are really beautiful during sunset. The owners, Mark and Joe, were very sweet and very knowledgeable about the area/what the best hikes are/places to... More

It's my fourth visit here, and I just feel more enchanted every time. The Eaves Suite always has a new feature (lovely table and chairs this year), the hosts provide tips for off-the-beaten-path hikes and drives, and breakfast at Oscar's never disappoints (today: one of the best Benedicts I've ever tasted). Innkeepers Mark and Joe are dedicated and professional, and... More

We stayed at Under the Eaves for our anniversary trip to Zion National Park in mid-September 2014. We’d originally planned to stay only two days but the owners let us know there was a cancellation and offered an extra night (we’d planned to stay at a hotel in St. George before that). The first night we stayed in room 5.... More

We stayed in the Garden cabin for 4 nights and it was a lovely relaxing stay. Mark and Joe were wonderful hosts - friendly and non obtrusive and a wealth of knowledge. After a few keen days in Zion (which is easy accessed by the local shuttle which almost drops you door to door) we took it easy enjoying a... More

Our favorite stay of the whole trip! This place is very cute, comfortable, centrally located (walking distance to shops/restaurants/shuttle to Zion), and the owners Mark and Joe were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable about the area (Zion, hikes, restaurants, the hidden liquor store, etc)! We stayed in the standalone cottage in the back – it was private, quiet, and had a... More

Clean and comfortable place to stay with fantastic location. Near entrance to Park and shuttle stop. Owners of the bed and breakfast gave us restaurant advice, must see hikes, and even let us borrow hiking sticks. We stayed two nights to see Zion but wished we had stayed a third night and driven to Bryce rather than stayed outside Bryce.... More

Thank you Mark and Joe for opening up your house for us on our trip to Utah! We loved how close we were to Zion NP and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We stayed in the hikers room and it was just enough for us as we only needed it to sleep! We spent all of our time... More
