My girlfriend and I stayed at Under The Eaves for 2 nights in mid-March. We got in right at sunset and were immediately stunned by the beautiful views. The owners, Mark and Joe, had upgraded us to a more private room in a cabin at no cost to us, which was a wonderful surprise. Both Mark and Joe were extremely... More

Such a cute place to stay! Feels like home with all of the touches. The owners are so friendly and helpful! You can walk to everything. They have wonderful recommendations for hiking, food, etc! We will definitely stay here again!! Mark and Joe are great hosts. Zion is a must visit place.

We stayed in the newly renovated cabin, room 7. The room is beautifully decorated and comfortable. There is a lovely seating area just outside the room that looks into the garden with a view of the red rock mountains. Joe & Mark couldn't be more helpful. Their knowledge of the area is outstanding. The location is within walking distance of... More

Under the Eaves is a wonderful bed and breakfast minutes from the entrance of Zion's National Park. The rooms are clean, cozy, and comfortable and there is plenty of inviting common space, both indoor and outdoor. The breakfast came in the form of a voucher to a wonderful little restaurant just down the road, with an extensive and delicious menu.... More

Spent three nights in November. Hosts are helpful but not overbearing. Provide tons of information. .The room we had was well appointed, although small.. but very comfortable. Love the breakfast voucher for Oscars, great food. Would like to return in warmer weather and hang out in the garden. I liked being away from the busy street, we had a room... More

I found Under the Eaves on-line and it was even better than what I imagined! Joe and Mark are the most pleasant, sweet, over-the-top attentive hosts. They magically appear to assist you in whatever you may need! Under the Eaves is the perfect spot to stay while exploring Springdale and Zion NP. It is centrally located with easy access to... More

After spending 5 days in Las Vegas (out of a business necessity) we fled to Utah and happened on this wonderful B&B. When we arrived, Joe and Mark were out, but we were able to check ourselves in even though we had not booked. The room was a delightful, a self-contained cabin in the garden. Breakfast, which was included, was... More

Our stay at Under the Eaves last weekend couldn't have been more perfect. After attempting to get one of the lottery campsites at a very full Zion National Park, we decided to go into town and look for a B&B and stumbled upon Under the Eaves. What a pleasant surprise this sweet B&B was! There were vacancies when we arrived,... More

We stayed @ Under the Eaves over our honeymoon this past weekend, and weren't sure what to expect, since neither of us had been to this small town outside the entrance of Zion National Park. Was it going to be too rural? Would their be access to the web? Were the amenities described convenient? All of our questions were answered... More

Wonderful location, lovely place, great hosts! With a perfect location in the heart of Springdale, it was easy to walk to most places in town, and easy to catch the shuttle bus to the park. Mark and Joe were so generous with their time. The rooms are beautifully and imaginatively decorated.
