We stayed at the Canyon Vista B&B for three nights in May 2009. When looking at accomodations near Zion, we initally thought about the Zion lodge or one of the hotels, but we were most impressed by the Canyon Vista's reasonable rates, amenities, and good TripAdvisor reviews. We were not disappointed. Comfortable, CLEAN room. Great location with easy access to... more

My wife and I have now been to Zion National Park twice and both times we have stayed at the Canyon Vista. On both occasions we have stayed in the Mukuntuweap room. It’s a good size, light, airy and very comfortable, with its own fridge and microwave. There is no TV reception but each room comes with a TV and... more

We found Canyon Vista on the internet and chose to stay there after reading the good reviews on Trip Advisor. We were not disappointed! We stayed in the Sinewava room which was a very large room - more like a studio apartment. We bought a few snacks and drinks which we kept in the in-room fridge. Coffee and a coffee... more

One of the better B and B's we have been at. Ask for one of the rooms at the back, very private and quiet. more

Please stay here. You need to get away from the overstimulation of Zion NP and look at it from the outside occasionally. This is the place to do it. You can talk about it with Trista and Matt, you can look up the river at it from afar, and you will recharge your batteries for your next foray back into... more

Our first trip to Zion and we wanted a B&B that offered what B&Bs do best: peace, quiet, comfort, good food, interesting guests and reliable local knowledge. We found all of this in spades at Trista & Matt's Canyon Vista. The only thing missing was what we assumed would be a good view of the scenery, but we had so... more

We stayed for six nights at Canyon Vista and had perfect time. It had been recommended to us by some close friends who'd stayed there and loved it. I surprised my wife by flying my son in from New York for several days of the visit and Trista was very helpful with the complicated logistics of my scheme - and... more

Matt and Trista are wonderful hosts. My husband and I loved this B&B. At checkin we received an information sheeet containing the details we needed for our stay. The room was very clean, functional, nicely decorated and VERY comfortable with a wonderful view of the mountains. Most days we left very early in the morning. Not to worry, Trista would... more

Trista- one of the owners of this splendid B&B was warm, friendly, and very laid back making our visit to Zion and Springdale relaxing and comfortable. Their B&B is just about 2 miles from the south entrance to zion and a few feet from the Springdale shuttle bus (which is free for commuting to Zion). The B&B has off road... more

Tripadvisor have forced me to change my original review in which I questioned the validity of the negative reviews for Canyon Vista. Fortunately my wife and I knew we could ignore such reviews when booking our last stay in Springdale. We have just spent four nights at Canyon Vista. It’s the second time we have traveled 6000 miles to stay... more
