Within 30 minutes of being in the room a thumb sized cockroach crawled out from beneath the bed. Not to mention the bathroom door lock was loose, the carpet had multiple blackened stains and the manager still wanted to charge $100 for it. When asked for a refund he outright refused and threatened to call the cops. Worst hotel experience... More

We booked a room for two nights. Part of our decision was based upon an on site pool and wifi. Upon arrival we're told the pool is closed but we can walk two blocks to use a pool. We're also told the wifi is limited and doesn't always work. Wifi didn't work at all. Needless to say, we're very disappointed.... More

Staying at this hotel was a terrible experience and the worst customer service we have ever experienced. The rooms smelled and when we expressed this to the owner/manager he gave us such an attitude that we decided to stay elsewhere. The owner refused to give us a refund full or partial stating that there is a 48hour cancellation policy. We... More

Owner is not friendly and gave us some wrong information about the park. The carpet is all stained and our curtains were falling down. Don't expect a hot shower. The breakfast is awful! Pay more and stay somewhere else.

I stayed one night while exploring Zion. I chose this hotel because it was very affordable compared to other area hotels. It wasn't anything fancy but it was clean and comfortable and in a good location. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for short stays.

We were staying in Zions and couldn't find any other hotels with vacancy. The room was expensive for what it was. Our room smelled like cat pee, the carpet was FILTHY!! The pool was not open/functional. The only positives were they had a vacancy and are located so close to the park.

Do not stay here. Spend a bit more money and stay somewhere else in town. Please. I was only going to be in Springdale one night and I figured I would just stay at the cheapest place I could find. Bad choice. And I'd like to stress that I am not a fancy person who only stays in 5 star... More

Free Wifi....doesn't work. Cable TV....cable doesn't work and no local channels. Green liquid filled pool. Exposed electrical outlet. Very rude owner at the front desk. I had a reservation with printed confirmation for two queen beds on the second floor. He tried to give me a first floor one queen bed room with no discount. Had to argue with him... More

If you are looking at this hotel, it's probably because you are not rich- and my wife and I certainly are not. I came to Zion to be in awe of nature, not the cheapest hotel in Springdale! Our rate was almost 1/2 what the next cheapest rate was in town. The room had a flat screen tv and a... More

Very disappointed... Read reviews, thought they were superficial comments- until I slipped on the floor, between the room and the bathroom sink, due to leaking sink, tv remote visibly grungy, pool empty and non-functioning, no water around property, only empty, pipe exposed, water ways. Price is ok, be careful though, hazards may exist! We are moving rooms to the la... More
