This is not a 3.5 star property. I chose this place based on TripAdvisor rating and comments. I needed a place for a couple nights waiting for availability at our first choice for lodging. Front desk people were very nice. The lobby seemed relatively new and inviting but was not representative of the rooms. We had a second floor room... More

Our last stay on our visit to the five National Parks in southern Utah, was at the Bumbleberry Inn In Springdale, Ut. One of the reviews I read on Trip Advisor prior to our trip, suggested asking for a room facing Watchman Mountain. I asked for that, plus again asking for a downstairs room, and received an e-mail saying that... More

Stayed 3 nights while visiting Zion & Bryce. Location is excellent in the heart of Springdale close to restaurants & the free shuttle stop to the park is right on the curb. Staff is friendly & accomodating if you have requests or problems. Rooms are clean with all the amenities such as microwave, refrigerator, TV, dvd player. Nice views. A... More

Stayed here for a weekend. The help desk was more then accommodating. Our patio had a stunning view of the mountains. After a hard day of hiking and playing it was fun to sit and watch the sun fade off the mountains... Quiet and set back off the main road I don't think you will regret staying here.

Nice friendly hotel located in the heart of springdale. Room was large and clean with a good TV. Ours was a ground floor so had a patio with sliding doors so you can sit outside and watch the sunset on the beautiful mountains. The setting is beautiful and the little village is friendly and quaint. We had ducks, goats and... More

good part: nice location. You are surrounded with rocks from, Zion park. Sit in your patio, you can enjoy the view. Bed is comfortable. Not so good part: room is old, has smells. Floor is wobbling. my family had developed some itchy after staying. Probably allergic to bedding? Springdale itself is a nice little town, enjoy yourself.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is divided into 2 sections which are separate from the lobby building. The pool and hottub were separate from the buildings and were outdoors. Our room was in the back of the 200 block and we had a wonderful view of the redrock mountains surrounding the town. It was relatively quiet with... More

We were during an unexpectedly rainy week and all hotels were fully booked. We had reservation for 2 rooms for only one night and the staff worked with us to accommodate us all for the additional night that we had to cancel our trip to the Narrows. I appreciate the service. Rooms were average, pool was a pretty good size,... More

We had a great time staying at Bumbleberry Inn. It was a great room to come back to after long hikes in Zion. It was so close to the park and next to a lot of great restaurants. And the view.... unbeatable. It was in a gorgeous spot in Springdale. The staff was nice and the amenities in the room... More

The front desk staff was nice and responsive via email before our stay. The room was large and clean and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately the hot tub and pool were not yet open. The price was reasonable. Not much else to say.
