We stayed here so that we could visit Zion Park. the park lodging was full so we chose the Canyon Ranch based on tripadvisor reviews and it was GREAT! Owners are very friendly, rooms are clean, common area outside is lovely, with bar b que pitts, swings, chairs, etc. Within walking distance of downtown, and also within walking distance of the park. This is the best motel in Springdale for family oriented folks. They have a nice grassy area right outside your room with picnic tables so you can have lunch right there.
