We really loved this hotel! Mark and Karen were the most hospitable and informative people we came across on our entire trip. It's just steps away from the entrance to Zion and the shuttle stops right in front. The rooms are clean, simple, and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again. more

After reading the reviews, I think we may try Canyon Ranch again. We loved the location and the helpful staff and the recycling bins and the kitchen and the parking and the jacuzzi and the green space . . . but our cabin had a strong odor . . . each afternoon we opened all the windows and the door... more

We really wanted to stay here. The pictures on their website looked great. But... you can't book reservations online. When we called we got an answering machine. We left a message. Eventually we were called back and we excitedly booked our trip to Zion. We asked that they email our confirmation. A full 2 months later, we still hadn't receivesd... more

There is a wildlife park nearby and the elk cry at all hours so you may want to take earplugs. The guy who checked us in, Mark, was extremely helpful and excited about his town. more

The view from the motel grounds was beautiful. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Mark spent time showing us a map of Zion National Park and pointed out several hikes and the ease and difficulty of the various walks. This helped us to plan the right walks for our family. Fresh coffee any time of day. Always helpful to... more

These cabins are very nice. Clean, large and well maintained. They are a great value for the money. Lovely grounds that are nicely kept with a pretty pool and hot tub. Adjacent to the motel is a large pen of elk, several who have large racks, who are lots of fun to watch. Easy walk to Zion shuttle, restaurants and... more

The Canyon Ranch Motel was an excellent place to stay. Mark and Caren were extremely nice and very helpful. My flight was delayed more than 5 hours and we arrived after the office closed so they left the key for us under the doormat. We had two rooms and they were both very clean and very nice. I will be... more

This place is not a fancy hotel, but a nice family owned older (but updated and clean) motel with a view to die for! If you come from the east through the park, it is the first motel on the right after you leave the park. Beautiful setting with great views of towering red rock in both front and back.... more

Because details are important, I'll start with those first: The motel almost literally could not be closer to the shuttle that goes into Zion. You could roll out of bed and be on the shuttle in less than two minutes. I stayed in a standard room with one king sized bed; it was perfectly clean and free of the funny... more

Two and four-room units built around a nice grassy area with picnic tables make a nice setting. Room was very small, and the refrigerator froze everything in it. The thing that bothered me the most was that the toilet paper was 3 foot away from the toilet! Best thing about the motel is the great location to the Zion shuttle.... more
