There are so many spaces to enjoy at Novel outside, in the library or in your room. We were able to chat with other visitors at breakfast. our room was very comfortable, pizza down the street pretty pricy. A very lovely experience.

We had a wonderful experience at the Novel House Inn. So good in fact that after staying for three nights and then checking out to move on to Bryce Canyon National Park (which was amazing) we decided not to stay there as planned but instead returned to the Novel House in Springdale for another two nights! The folks at Novel... More

Although I checked the website and TripAdvisor and emailed the property specifically asking about one night (a WEDNESDAY FOR PETE'S SAKE) in late May (ending up a nine day roadtrip through Color Country), I was told, when I called to reserve, "Single woman? One night? We really have a two night minimum. But maybe there are other places in town... More

We are very sorry that you took our two day minimum occupancy policy personally. We have many single guests stay with us and being a single woman myself I understand because I also throughly enjoy traveling on my own. We have since chanced our two day requirement to just the weekends. We are not now, nor have we ever been... More

Great Place. October was a great time to visit Zion, no crowds, and great weather. This property is set back on a small street behind the Noodle Pizza. Being off the main road makes it nice and quiet. Hosts were very personable. Great breakfasts. We had great dinners at Bit & Spur and Oscars. Noodle Pizza was busy on both... More

3 days in Zion. Novel House was the perfect place to stay. Walking distance to great restaurants, I highly reccomend the Bumbleberry pie! and a short drive or shuttle bus ride to Zion Nat. Park the hosts at Novel House were wonderful, and the food was delicious. They lent us some hiking sticks, and they sure came in handy when... More

We just came back from a wonderful trip and the Novel House Inn made it a perfect stay. The rooms are beautiful, the views are spectacular and the breakfast is an experience in itself. There is a little store in walking distance for whatever you need or forgot. We didn't know we were in town for the flute festival and... More

Just returned from two weeks travelling around all the natural wonders of Arizona and Utah and spent three fantastic nights in the Novel House Inn in Springdale. This guest house beats anything I have stayed in before, with each room named after a famous author and decorated in a theme from his or her novels. All rooms have wonderful views... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Novel House. The house is beautifully decorated, room is sparkling clean, and staff was kind, friendly, and helpful. The hot breakfast was delicious. We stayed in Jane Austen room, and it has a beautiful view. The B&B is situated right in town .. walking distance to many shops, very near the Zion National Park... More

3 days at Zion. stayed at the Novel House B&B- excellent overall- accommodations, hosts, breakfasts, location. Made several hikes - best were the Watchman trail and the Narrows. For the Narrows, a "must" is to rent the boots and pole from Zion Adventure ($17 for the day) - otherwise, you are taking a great chance of injury while walking in the river-... More

We stayed here for just one night while visiting Zion National Park; I really wish we could have stayed longer, but our travel plans only allowed one night. A lovely, convenient location with great views. You can easily walk to many shops and restaurants or walk to the town shuttle stop that will take you to Zion (or elsewhere in... More
