We stayed on the canyon side 2nd floor with a view of the canyons. Our stay was fantastic. The rooms were quiet, and our family of our enjoyed the space. My wife and I used the master bedroom and the kids used the fold out couch. We paid for the canyon view vs. the a room with a murphy bed,... More

We drove from Vegas to Cable Mountain Lodge and the difference could not have been more striking. There was a feeling of serenity and peace. The location was fabulous, walking distance to Zion National Park. The rooms were lovely, priced at a great value (don't let hotel management read that!) and the staff was friendly and eager to help. Nice... More

Cable Mountain Lodge is the perfect place to stay when visiting Zion. The surrounding landscape is awe inspiring so that even a dip in the pool becomes an experience. Just steps outside the park and close to other amenities such as the shuttles, Zion Outfitter and a pub, this hotel has the best possible location and set up. I would... More

It's clean and close to the entrance. The pool is nice. The rooms are quiet and have a nice kitchen. The staff is friendly. Most importantly you can walk to the entrance, no tram. Forgot something? No problem, just go back to the room and get it with no time wasted., a real plus for my family.

Completely self-contained accommodation with all the facilities that you need to look after yourselves and very spacious. A good selection of restaurants are easily available in Springdale some of which are in walking distance and a general store is right outside. Also, a great advantage of this hotel is the short walking distance to Zion Park entrance and the shuttle... More

Just returned from a 4 day trip to Zion and had an enjoyable stay at Cable mountain. The location of this hotel can't be stressed enough. You walk across a short bridge right off the property and you are at the gate into Zion. This feature alone is enough to stay here. Our rooms were very nice. Our kids had... More

Our adult sons met us in Springdale to hike the Narrows, the Subway, and other hikes. This lodge was perfect. It is fresh and new, clean, great amenities, and the staff was personable and accommodating. We never cooked in the room, but the kitchen had everything we would have needed and the sleeping capacity was just what we needed: a... More

I booked this because I couldn't get into Cliffrose. It is right next door and worked out great with my Sis at Cliffrose. Spotless, big comfortable rooms and beds. Great that it had a fridge and microwave, plus full size coffee maker. Convenient to the market and Park shuttle.

My partner and I are two just-turned-30 year olds, on a magnificent month-long road trip around the USA from Australia. Deciding to head to the Zion National Park after a few nights in Las Vegas, we booked this place for two nights on the fly. The price was GREAT for the area as I noticed much of it was in... More

5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 23, 2014

We stayed for 3 nights in early July. We were thrilled when we opened the door and found a spacious room with an entryway and sitting area along with a kitchenette. Although we were in the rear, on the first floor, and therefore didn't have much of a view, this wasn't a big issue. We still enjoyed the small patio... More
