his was an outstanding stop for us. My wife said we should have stayed there a week, not one night. The rooms were a pleasant surprise. The motel was situated at the base os a mountain on one side and a stream on the othjer. They actually had gas grills and picnc tables set up by the stream. Bring your... More

Cable Mountain Lodge was our first stop after a weekend in Vegas, and it was like an oasis in the desert after that neon mecca. We were so thrilled with the full kitchen, the sleeping arrangements (our 11-year-old thought the Murphy bed was the coolest thing she'd ever seen), and with the location. We walked across the bridge to the... More

Stayed 5 nights in a parkview suite. Very happy with our stay. Unit was roomy and comfortable, especially the King bed. Clean and stocked with all the amenities. Enjoyed the peacefulness of the lodge, you never get this in a hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Zion National Park entrance is within walking distance and very convenient. Nice Pub... Cable mountain was recommended by a friend and it didn't disappoint. It was on the door step of Zion National Park without having to pay the price for a lodge in the park. The room had a fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Only observation was no kettle for the tea bags provided. The bed was really high and really comfortable.... More

From the initial booking to the arrival, the service was friendly and prompt. We made a great choice to stay in The Judy Ann Suite - a luxurious retreat after long days hiking in one of the most breath taking National Parks in the US (Zion). The Suite had a double sided fireplace that overlooked a deluxe jacuzzi air tub... More

We came to Cable Mountain on our honeymoon the first week of April to visit Zion. We were pleased to find the views and rooms were exactly what the website portrays! Everything is extremely clean, the staff is very inviting and it's proximity to the park is unbeatable. We would recommend this to anyone!

We stayed during spring break at the end of March, and it wasn't too crowded. The quick rundown: The outdoor pool was open and the water was pretty warm. It also had a hot tub, which was nice! The kids loved it. There was a little bit of neighborly noise, but nothing that kept us from sleeping. There was no... More

We escaped for a overnight trip out of Las Vegas to see the park. This sounded close, and I am not into rustic cabins, so we didn't stay in the park. We arrived quite late, but were astonished to see the beautiful room we had! It was an apartment style with living area and kitchen. Amazing King bed in bedroom... More

Pros: very nice and friendly staff, not too expensive. Cons: Walls are made of paper and you can hear all the plumbing from surrounding rooms in action, all the time. Location is theoretically great (right at entrance to the park) but in fact somewhere closer to the center of town would have been better as you end up taking your... More

We had a great stay at cable mt. lodge. We especially loved the jacuzzi tub with the fire place after hiking angels landing. The staff were great, even fixing a flat tire we had. Literally right outside zion national peak, the views were amazing.
