Definitely not a quiet and secluded experience of Yosemite during the summer months, but despite the crowd, it was actually a very nice place to stay. We were in a cabin with five people, and the accommodation was very comfortable, with excellent bathroom and shower facilities very close by. Many food options are available on site, which were rather expensive,... More

After a good experience at check in, the staff in the restaurant, with the odd exception, did not smile and we're generally grumpy! The tent was ok and basic as expected - although the heater did not work. The toilets blocked and the pool pump broke. The big forest fire meant the views were a little hazy, but of course,... More

My first trip to Yosemite, we stayed in a tent cabin, it was nice not to have electronic distractions but since a nearby fire was apparent it was a bit scary having no connection or information about that. Still I would definitely do it again, it was a fun, back to nature type trip, albeit a very expensive tent cabin... More

If you want the feel and experience of living in the woods, this is the perfect place in the valley. Its a bit expensive but totally worth it and a must for couples who love adventure. The restaurants in around and good, especially the pizza patio.

I stayed in a cabin. The cabin is nice with it's own private washroom. The problem is that the room only came with a fan, which was in very rough shape. This wasn't enough to keep the room cool in the evening as it got quite hot. But other than that, it's location can't be beat. The shuttle is three... More

Don't go to Curry camp for luxury; go to enjoy simple pleasures. No cell phone reception is a plus. Walk, nap, enjoy a cold beer, swim at the small pool, wait in line for a shower and share with the one waiting with you, listen in on scores of languages speaking basically the same things- wow!

Staying in a tented cabin with the family at Curry Village was another part of the whole wonderful Yosemite experience, but a pretty expensive one for what it was. We stayed in peak season when the camp was full - and the tents are packed in up against each other so you're pretty close to your neighbours at all times.... More

Loved that we were able to have a cabin with private bathroom; sure beats paying $5. per person at the shared shower facilities (and long lines) in other areas of the park. That alone made it worth the price. Cabins were small; we had 2 double beds...had we needed a roll-away or had someone sleep on the floor there would... More

I cannot think of a more beautiful place in the world as Yosemite. We have travel across the country three times to stay in Curry Village. The staff is welcoming and helpful, there are many food options and the scenery is world class! I would recommend this trip to anyone and everyone.

Stayed two nights and it was a great spot to start the long trip up Halfdome. Got back to camp just in time for some Pizza and Beer…a great way to end a long hike. It's sleeping in a tent cabin so if your looking for luxury this may not be for you.
