There are over 400 of these tent cabins in Curry Village, spaced 12 - 18 inches apart (with a few exceptions), so, if you are looking for solitude and privacy, this is NOT the place to be. As other reviewers have mentioned, the close proximity means the opportunity to hear the goings on in adjacent tents, including several verses of... More

We had a reservation for the traditional platform tent. A week before I called and there was a room in Stoneman Lodge available. It had 2 double beds and private bath. The building has a lovely wrap around porch and is next to the check in. Make sure you put All food in the plastic tub. I forgot to put... More

We had an absolutely great time at Curry Village. The best of both worlds! The convenience of a quiet motel in the pines and the thrill of camping in the vast out-of-doors. We will definitely be back and enjoy the same accommodations. The staff and facilities were all "top shelf"!

If you are planning to stay at Curry village, i would recommend getting a heated cabin. Temperature can drop rapidly at night and gets really cold. Also, plan ahead and book in advance since this gets really full at season time. Its a very nice place for someone who is tight on budget and doesn't really want to do a... More

Great stay. Singe room cabin with two beds. Beds were a bit short and I'm only 5'9, but they're comfortable. Public restrooms very clean and heated nicely. Great experience.Helpful staff. Like how staff monitor the grounds to ensure people are being quiet and groups aren't forming to party in the tent cabins/cabins, etc.

Sometimes the best thing to say about a place is it's in the best location. This is very true of the Curry Lodge. We were due to stay at the Wawona Hotel but due to a booking mixup (mine) we ended up staying at Curry Village. Check-in took forever, arrived before allotted check-in time and still waited over a hour... More

My two friends and I stayed for only one night - I wish it was longer!!! The cabins were clean and well kept. The bear lockers were slightly annoying - but I am sure much needed. Breakfast was amazing. Drinks at the awahanee were amazing. This was amazing!!!

Way cheaper than any other option but the food it very expensive!! It cost us 50.00 for a pizza & 4 drinks. Breakfast was awesome the next am at the Yosemite Lodge but still cost 50.00 for 2 adults & 2 kids. Stayed very warm in the tents. Move the beds a little away from the tents walls for added... More

Sleeping-We stayed in the unheated tents and still managed to stay warm! We bought sleeping bags we could zip together and created a little fort around our bed with the wool blankets provided. Location-We enjoyed the proximity to many trails and amazing views. We would definitely stay here again if we revisit. Bathrooms-They have family bathrooms which made the shower... More

Curry Village exceeded my expectations! How cool is it that you can stay in a tent and you don't have to put it up yourself! Count me in! Our tent was located right next to the trail that leads to Nevada Falls. Perfect! The front door opened up to the park with mountain views. We reserved a tent with no... More
