So your in a tent you didn't have to put up, in the middle of the most beautiful valley on our earth- its great. Tips/ you can buy beer and wine and food from the store and consume it on the patio or lodge. Bar is over priced but the grill has some great food. The turkey burger is amazing. More

Yosemite Valley was everything we thought it would be. The only room we could get was at the cabins at Curry Village. I was sick when we checked in, so went right to lie down. When I got up a few hours later I could not believe how dirty the bathroom was. Had I been myself I would have gone... More

We stayed in a rustic cabin close to the reception. The room was smallish but everything worked as it should. The shower was hot. The diningroom and restaurants are all in walking distance. The bus stop is just outside the room. The heating worked because we arrived in a cold snap and rain. More

Yosemite NP was absolutely amazing....thoroughly recommend it if you haven't yet been! But, I will focus on curry village accommodation here.....which was also good. We stayed in a heated tent cabin and used the shared showers and restroom facilities. I was a bit hesitant at first, as I am not a big 'camper', however, we had a great time and... More

We stayed for 3 nights in one of the log cabins. The canvas white tents did look a bit like a UN camp and we were very glad of hot water, a bath, a heater and a spacious closet to put all our cases into, rather than have to unpack things into a bearproof box. The cabin was clean, if... More

this was the 1st Trip to Yosemite National Park and had so many concerns about the stay in cabin and common showers...But, Curry village was out standing. Canvas cabins were nice and we were 4 people and they had enough space for us... We did not turn the heat on as we are from East coast and 50-60 was good... More

Yosemite is an amazing place. The views are stunning and we have had a lovely time here. The linen tents are the most uncomfortable place I have ever slept. Although they are clean, the mattresses are so hard and a sleeping bag is a must as it is freezing at night. Otherwise everything else was perfect. Wish we had stayed... More

Can't beat Yosemite for its beauty, Curry Village was fun and rustic, our tent cabin was comfy and warm and the kids had a great time. Things are a bit crowded with the cabins close together but it was not that big a deal. Take advantage of the free shuttle and bring your own bikes as there are a lot... More

I'm torn. I loved waking up and being in Yosemite Valley. Nothing compares. I've been to Yosemite a couple of other times and we had stayed in Merced, driven the couple of hours into the park and then toured the rest of the park. This time, we rented one of the heated cabins at Curry Village. The experience as a... More

Anytime you go to Yomsemite, you already know you're going to have a great time, so much to see and do....housing can be tricky. We decided to take a 3 day trip to Yosemite, a place we'd been to several times over the last 25 years....in those days, we were very young and roughing it was a given....we backpacked and... More
