Although the price was high for a stay in a tent, it was much more comfortable than I was expecting . The tent was well equipped and we all slept well. The setting was fantastic and it was worth the money to wake up in the valley and be ready to explore. Eating options were fine but a tip would... More

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in the tent cabins at Curry Village. Ask for a unit that is heated as it has an outlet for electricity where you can get your phone charged! The bed and pillows were very comfortable for us. The air conditioned shuttle buses that came very 4 or 5 minutes were absolutely wonderful as... More

we rented 2 tends next to each other for 8 people, clean beds big bear safe lockers and showers and toilets with 3-5 min walking distance. Breakfast was included but when you don`t eat much in the morning it is not worth it. you can eat up to 15 dollar. and it opens at 7 am. Sometimes you want to... More

The location can't be beat! The canvas tents are clean and the bathrooms/showers are also. As long as the guests in neighboring tents are courteous, it is a great experience. If you have loud, unhappy campers near you, as we did, it can be annoying. But the canvas tents are as close to camping as you can get without packing... More

The general store prices are very reasonable and carry a large selection of cook-for-yourself stuff. I've been here in the summer and winter. Its a great place for the family- even the family pet! Its a better value during the off season because prices can be high for summer travel season.

Despite the chaos that is Yosemite Valley and particularly Curry Village with soooo many people staying in the large number of accommodations including the infamous Tent Cabins, hotel type units and the hard-sided Cabins with bath which we stayed in, you still find solitude among the grandeur of the tall and majestic granite walls that surround you. The joy and... More

My family and I recently came back from a 3 night stay at Curry Village (tent cabins) and absolutely loved it. While we are used to hard-core tent camping, we appreciated our "glamping" exerience at CV. The tent cabins were clean, the staff was super friendly and the amenities (pool, food pavilion, bar, gift shop/market) were just perfect when you... More

This is a great place for people who want the experience of camping without the hassle of the equipment and gear. The setting is spectacular but my objection is with the cleanliness of the cabins. If you are paying the price you have to pay you should expect that the cabins would have been cleaned at least once in a... More

Our family enjoyed Yosemites trails which we hiked, biked and even horsebacked. Friendly staff, good food, great camping experience and the best family time ever. August was a great month to go and visit Yosemite national park. Even though there was allot of people, it ever felt crowded.

We had fun. I wish there were more rooms with air conditioning and baths or cabins with baths on the Yosemite Valley floor in which visitors could stay. It is very difficult to rent a room or cabin with bath in May or June or July.
