I love the ambiance of Evergreen Lodge. Good food, great sized rooms and close to entrance of Yosemite. Their guides are great and knowledgeable (took a guided hiking trip last time). Great place to hang out with all sorts of activities. Great for families and couples or good friends. S'mores at night, games, fireplaces, lovely!

This is a wilderness experience. Cabins/Rooms do not have TV's, phones or WiFi. In fact we were unable to connect to the Internet at any time and our cell phone did not work. Evergreen is a fantastic base for the Hetch Hetchy area of Yosemite. The lodge has great amenities for kids, including marshmallows and story telling in the evening.
