We stayed in room B202, and it was just falling apart. The heat barely worked, the kitchen wasn't stocked with pots & dishes, and everything was old, dingy & falling apart. I had heard bad things about all of the condos in Yosemite West, but if you want a kitchen near the park, they are the only choice without spending... more

I was a bit anxious about staying here after all the earlier reviews, but as we had booked ours through the Peregrine B&B I thought it would be ok. The location is great, but no views. The buildings are all badly in need of repair the wood is peeling away, and doesn't look as if anything has been done externally... more

It's difficult to keep things clean in the forest - the trees drop so much stuff and there's dust in the summer and mud in the winter. As other reviewers have said, these condos are not particularly clean and there are some places where they could use a lick of paint but you are in the middle of the forest... more

My husband and I were very disappointed by the studio we rented. It was very dirty, and for the EXPENSIVE price we paid we expected the room to be clean at the very least. The bathroom floor had not been swept and there were hairs all over the floor. The towels in the bathroom were dirty- not stained but actually... more

Arrived at 16.15 and room not available until 17.00. (Thats what I call a late check in). To eat we travelled to Oakhurst and returned back at 18.00 to pick up the key before the office girl disappeared at great haste. The temp was 100 degrees and the only means of cooling the rooms was electic fans which pushed the... more

My son and I stayed @ Yosemite West condos for 2 nights and were very pleased with the location as it was centrally located to most sights. Each condo is individually owned so each will have different furnishings. We rented a 2 bed 2 bath condo # 206A which had 2 beds in loft. The furniture was tired, and there... more

I've stayed at various Four Seasons properties six times over the past 10 years. It's a great alternative to the park lodges (less expensive for big groups) and certainly a big step up from camping. The houses are, indeed, old and somewhat stuffy (no air conditioning, which is definitely a problem on those 95F+ days - the houses never cool... more

We stayed in a studio condo and hated every minute we were in the room. Good thing Yosemite Park was wonderful to make up for the awful evenings/nights in this godforsaken place. The mildew stench hit us when we walked in the door. The room was dark and the decor hadn't been updated since the 80's. Towels were as thin... more

We had booked a two night stay in Sequoia National Park for July, 2009 with our two young children. Upon arriving in Sequoia, we found that the temperatures were upwards of 105 degrees. Since the purpose of our trip was to escape the Phoenix heat, we bypassed our second night in Sequoia to head to Yosemite. We had difficulty trying... more
