The entire room setting was very old and worn. We couldn't afford the Ahwanee, so were stuck with walking a long way and one of us pretty well disabled. The food at the court was average, but it was fresh and good, especially the vegetables. I would not recommend it for a long stay.

We arrived around noon and we tried to check-in. We were able to check-in but couldn’t get our keys as our room was still being worked on. The front desk told us to come back at 4:00 pm to see if our room key was available. At 4:00 pm there was a line at the front desk, but we waited... More

Great location in Yosemite National Park, but the rooms are old, tired, and poorly maintained. Our room was large, but showed many signs of wear. The pull rod on the window curtain was broken. The windows were difficult to open and close. We had a long delay at checkout because only one clerk was on duty. The counter that sold... More

Hotel was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay. The area is incredible. We booked on line thru the NPS Yosemite website and were charged 10% booking fee. On checking in, found we could have booked directly with the lodge and avoided the fee. 10% fee was charged not only on room cost, but also on all taxes and fees,... More

What a beautiful setting to have such an overpriced dump. Cobwebs in the corners and light fixtures. Holes in the sheets. Horrible mattress. Grime on the walls. Sticky carpet. There was even some kind of brown substance on the baseboard by the toilet. I really don't want to know what it was. We were told when we checked in we... More

recognise was in park but for cost was overpriced, rooms look very tired and no kettles in rooms, if you want hot water you had to go the the lodge reception of cafe. Location is second to none but looks as if have captured market. Room had gaffer tape holding door to patio together, have stayed in better Motel 6s!... More

We stayed at the lodge for 2 days. Check in was quick and hassle free, although check in is quite late at 5pm we managed to check in around 3pm. We had a balcony room with a view of the falls. The lodge does show its age in style, but is very neat, clean and comfortable. Also knowing that we... More

Great location - easy walk to the falls. Over priced but you are in the park and if you want to stay in the park there are not many choices.

myself, husband and 12year son arrived in the snow on 31st March2012. Yosemite looked beautiful in the snow and it is impossible to take a bad photo anywhere here. Staff were friedly and helpful, carparking free and easy to find space. Accomodation had great views, we were on ground floor which was much better as could just walk out back... More
